Great Service but what about accepting VSP insurance. You will lose my business if you do not do accept VSP in the future.

Site easy to use. Price was very competitive. Rating will remain five stars if product delivered in reasonable amount of time. I also hope the manufacturer's case is included.
Received product. Very satisfied with one suggestion, please do not stamp an otherwise good looking case on outside with your company name. It cheapens look.

So far so good but I'll have to see the frames first to make a final judgement.

If I could do it over I would have the edges polished

Your site is great. That is very easy to understand how choose a frame and lenses.

When the produce I originally ordered (which was back-ordered for many months and then discontinued), customer service recommended an almost identical product which worked out just as well.

Very easy! The only issue was that I paid the expedited postage fee and it still took over a week to get here. But the glasses are great!

Very nice, you have the style i was looking for, you had a nice array of pictures in various angles, and measurements of all parts of the glasses. You have the option to use amazon, however the amazon option did not work for what ever reason.

Great, except I paid for next day delivery and through no fault of mine, the delivery address was wrong and I did not get the glasses 'next day' I got them the following day even though I paid for next day service. Wrote an email to customer service explaining this and asking for a refund of my $9.00 that I paid for Next day delivery. I never received a response.
