Glasses were exactly as I hoped they would be.
I loved re-using my existing frames and buying only new lenses. Everything was done as ordered, and the turn around time was quick. The price was excellent.

I received the two items I purchased, they were ordered separately (by accident). The person I messaged with on line said these certain glasses would work with the sun-glasses clip on's I'd already purchased and received from Eyeglasses.com. So, I ordered and received within the week.
When they arrived, they were not anywhere CLOSE to working with the clip ons I'd ordered, and I decided to just return both items and get my money back. Items were charged in US dollars but shipped from inside Canada (?). I'm trusting their 30 day return policy for full refund, even paid extra to have the package insured for delivery. It's been 4 working days, I expect to hear from them soon.
I spoke with a rep today and she was very helpful, taking time to answer my questions, and I did not feel rushed. I had been looking at several sites, but that service experience clinched the deal for me. The glasses arrived about a week or so later than expected but that was not really an issue. I had tried on a pair at a bricks and mortar place so knew what to expect, and they met my expectations.
Size of frames was problematic. Product was returned per enclosed instructions within 2 days; have not heard anything to date re: refund.

I will have to see how the frames wear and last over time. I like the design and cable temples.
The nose pad was missing. I am not sure of the probabilities but someone could wear them without realizing what is missing and been moderately injured. The replacement was sent quickly which was appreciated but it does make one question quality in such cases.
I tried to sign-in as a guest and it didn't work. I ended up giving more personal information and registering. Something I don't like to do.

I ordered glasses from your company 8/21/13 under my wife's name, Janelle. They have been THE best glasses I have ever gotten. I put them on and they needed NO adjustments at all. Perfect vision instantly. All glasses throughout my life until these have required numerous trips back for problems/adjustments. I hope these I am just ordering are as perfect! No pressure, right? - I received my glasses and had to return them because the positive/negative on the sphere was wrong, but the remake came back and everything's perfect. I will use your company again in the future! Thanks!
