I found the site to be sort of clunky while trying to use insurance, and an FSA, and finish with a CC. Customer service was very helpful in navigating the hoops that had to be jumped through.
I ordered prescription sunglasses, they came in two weeks or so and were the right prescription.
Enable more glasses virtual try on. If you could include measurement of the frames from "full left to right"-I returned my glasses last time because too wide and can't tell from virtual try-on. It will be nice if you can include "AI" where you can base on my face and suggest frames.
