If you toggle around the website, it removes your insurance coverage. It also doesnt allow you to use two credit cards which makes it very difficult to use my FSA card.

So far so good! In my previous experience I was sent the wrong color of frames (two years ago) but I just ended up keeping them instead of dealing with a return. Hopefully this time is better!

Easy to navigate, nice selection of frames and prices. Nice to be able to "try on" the glasses. Very lightweight, lots of reflection, hard to get used to.
If it wasn't for my insurance provider making insurance billing through eyeconic the easiest I would not shop here. I could get contacts for much cheaper at other places. I end up owing money after insurance. Other places would be 15% cheaper.

Not your fault, but I got the glasses, then someone bumped into me, the glasses fell and they stepped on them and crushed them...and when I emailed for help...VSP/Eyeconic insurance wouldn't have any pity. So I had to wait til now, 16 months later, to get new glasses. Thanks.

Wish there is an option to call or text patient if confirmation for prescription from doctor office is taking longer than normal.
I couldn't see all the form inout fields so entering data was challenging. Also had issues especially when adding a new card in checkout the link didnt work. Had to back out of checkout and go to account to delete card, then abe to enter a new oe
Eyeconic takes care of me. Great easy to use get and I get my items very quickly.
Customer service folks have redeemed the company. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The website is sub-par at processing orders, and HSA payments. I encountered numerous server errors, problems applying insurance benefits that I have applied previously without issue, and card processing errors that did not fail a year ago, but do fail now.
More frame and lens options would also be nice.
