It's very difficult to change number of boxes once it is in your cart. If you change your mind, you have to remove everything from cart and then reupload the prescription info. It's very annoying.

I purchased my contacts this year and last year. I don't have a option for glasses. And these are medically necessary as I'm so near sited in the one eye. So, I have to purchase these. Even with insurance it's almost $1000 for the year!
This is a wonderful online experience. The prescriptions do not align to doctors orders. I wish there was a way to verify prescription. Maybe through automated test or something... Eventually

I needed contacts, they carried my brand. The whole process only took about 5 minutes. And they took my insurance!
I used eyeconic because they are partnered with my VSP vision insurance. However, it's pretty scummy, in my opinion, that they clearly mark up the price of contact lenses because they know insurance is covering a chunk of the cost. The same lenses anywhere else online are $100 cheaper. Just feels like corporate greed to me.
It'll be really helpful if the "order status" can be sorted by family members, which will make it super easy for me to search which kid's prescription is which. Also, if the order status has a "re-order" feature, that'll be super useful, too.
