Very straight forward as well as plenty of options to choose from. Checkout process is very streamlined and handled data entry very efficiently. I'm hesitant on purchasing glasses online but thanks to the try-on virtual feature; although it wasn't 100% and not all glasses have this feature, it did help me choose which glasses to go with. In the end, I am really happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

Received glasses and noticed what I thought were scratches. Returned them under warranty and replacements were worse. There are 4 different etchings in the field of vision that cause severe headaches. They refuse to remake them, despite the first pair not having these markings, and says I must need custom glasses. I've had the same rx for 20+ years and probably 10-12 pairs of glasses from other vendors and not one single pair caused headaches or had my prescription written in the lenses in 4 places. Will contact my vision benefits company to file formal complaint because this is unacceptable and now I have no glasses benefits for a year & these are worthless. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Very challenging to place order. Next issue was around trying to set up account so I could get an actual receipt to submit to my FSA. One is not provided when you place the order. I tried going into my account and now it says my password is not correct. This has been the most time consuming, frustrating, insane experience ever. Never again.

Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
