This is my second time ordering from eyeconic and I love the ease of use and affordability of the website.

This was my first time ordering from Eyeconic. I was looking at my benefits on the VSP website when I clicked on their link. I love that they connected right to my insurance. I knew what size eyeglass frames I needed. They are petite frames and harder to find, but Eyeconic had several. I chose a pair of Nine West. I uploaded my prescription, chose the standard progressive lenses, chose the gold package, and processed my payment. I didn't have my PD, but I looked through comments and read that they use the industry average. A business day later I received an email that my prescription was validated, 4 days later I received an email that my glasses had shipped, and 2 business days later (4 days if you count the weekend), I had my new glasses. I am very happy with them! I normally wear Varilux Physio progressives which provide a nice wide field of vision as opposed to these standard progressives, but I notice the difference mostly with the lower reading portion. The price for the standard is considerably lower than that of Varilux. I purchased these as a second (spare) pair, but I like the frames so much and I am so pleasantly surprised with the standard progressives, that I will be wearing them more than I expected! Overall, a really good experience! I will definitely be ordering again next year!

Virtual try on could be better. Does not apply to many frames and can't scroll through frames with it up. Overall process from order to receipt was slightly longer than if I ordered from my local shop, but not by much. The whole thing was pretty easy and I am happy with my glasses.

Having never ordered glasses online, I was fearful it would be a daunting task that ultimately yielded negative results. Was I ever wrong! I love the glasses I chose and even the progressive bifocals were accurate! Thanks, Eyeconic!

I ordered eyeglasses from Eyeconic in May of 2022. Unlike other online retailers, I was not able to try on sample frames prior to purchase. I used the virtual try-on to determine a fit, knowing they had a satisfaction guarantee policy as they highlight to feel secure with purchases. The first pay did not fit, so when I sent back I was notified "Eyeconic has a one-return policy" which made me feel uncomfortable. I received my second pair on June 23rd. In May of 2023, the rubber lining of the earpieces came off, creating a large 1 cm gap on one of the arms. I inquired about a warranty as I was under the one-year of receipt; only to be told "Eyeconic policy is one year from the date the order is placed."
Needless to say, there are many other online eyewear providers who will be getting my business.
I recommend Smith Optics who have been extremely helpful with warranty sunglasses. They also offer prescription services and I will be using them.

Quick and Easy ordering got a good set of glasses that fit well.

Easy enough to do even for an old guy. This was the first time I've ordered glasses online and the Eyeconic site was simple to use. A pleasure.

All I had to do
Was type in my prescription and send a pic of it, and, even though it said that they were on back order, I still got them within a week!

Easy to order with insurance and my health savings account.

Difficulty using virtual try ons. But otherwise ordering online proved to be easier than I thought and the glasses fit well and the progressive lenses work great.
