I contacted Eyeconic because I had not received my order that was placed on September 4th. Marc Burnworth apologized and informed me that my order was cancelled. Apparently they could not see my prescription and didn't reach out to notify me. He said he would take care of it and instructed me to reorder and then send him the order number. I hoping this can be resolved. I am really disappointed. I thought this would be a better way to get our glasses because of my busy travel schedule. I have already told colleagues how good it was when I first placed the order. Now, I feel like I've misled them. I hope this will be resolved quickly.

I like the virtual try-on feature a lot. It's helpful. The styles are a little on the corporate/bland side. I would love if you offered more fun colorful options. The quality seems very good though. The ones I previously bought were too large so I made sure I went a bit smaller.
