Great product and selection of frames and excellent lenses and service

Have ordered my last 6 pairs of glasses from here - the prices are unbeatable - the deals are great, and so many styles to choose from. Plus the inventory rotates, so while it can sometimes be a bummer to find my favorite frames out of stock, there's usually a pair that looks pretty similar I can find.

I am an Autist. I cannot stand wearing glasses. The frames here are lightweight, even the chunky ones aren't Heavy. I instantly throw my glasses across the room, snatching them off my face. With the prices here, I can be certain i have RELIABLE, ACCURATE prescriptions with materials that can withstand hurling through the air and finding a wall. I've found i can throw them about four time before they become unstable but still usable. Ive always had trouble with this and losing them, and when i was young the price point would often leave me without glasses for months. Now I can see every day no matter what I have to navigate.

Just need to use a better shipping method speed delivery after items complete

I stopped by my eye doctor's office to look at a pair of sunglasses and a second pair of glasses. However, I found out that my insurance won't be available until 2026. When I priced a pair of sunglasses, they cost $649, so I decided to wait. I then remembered that I had ordered glasses from EyeByDirect a few years ago and had a great experience with them. I prefer not to spend a lot of money on sunglasses because I often leave them behind and struggle to remember where I put them. Losing a $600 pair of sunglasses is quite a hit, but losing a pair that costs $100 to $200 is much more manageable. Thank you, EyeByDirect, for making glasses much more affordable!

Order was cancelled twice and not notified in either case. Wasn't even refunded in one case until followed up. Also they cancelled the order because 2 days shipping g was unavailable. Why advertise that particular frame with 2 day shipping if they cannot fulfill

I chose glasses from a previous order, but wanted to change the color, I could easily re-order everything just as it was, but it did not give me the option to change the color. That's the only thing that would've made this better.
