Site's pretty easy to use, good selection, most of all they're cheap. I like the idea of the virtual try-on, but it's not that realistic. You must make up your low margins in volume--I've never had more than one pair of glasses at a time in my life, but now I have five--partially because my eyes are old, but also because you make it easy and cheap.
Easy as pie. Picked what we liked, used promos, saved money and waited for our glasses which didn't take long to get here. Easy to filter to find exactly what you are looking for. I've been getting glasses for me and my daughter for years. The fact that you can try them on online is extremely helpful. Also helpful that they have sizes. The glasses are great quality and much more affordable than the doctor's offices. Doctor wanted me to try a new dual prescription and I didn't like it. Eye buy was so quick and helpful, allowing me to return. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will continue shopping with them for the years to come!

I've been a customer of Eye Buy Direct for four years now and had planned on being a lifetime customer. I've told tons of people in my daily life about them. Never again. I'm going to be telling several people to steer far away. I ordered glasses a month ago and had entered my shipping information wrong. Somehow the package got labeled with the wrong zip code as I got a notification from USPS that it was being shipped to a wrong zip code and that they couldn't find the address so they sent it back. I immediately reached out to Eye Buy Direct asking what happened. They denied any responsibility and blamed USPS. I was told they would reorder and donate my things but that there was one frame that was out of stock and of course the frames I wanted the most (prime reason I bought at that time was because the frame was low in stock). I told them to just reship the package and not donate it to charity. I was told that was okay and TO CHECK BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO MAKE SURE IT HAD ARRIVED. Well here's where it all goes wrong. I checked back in via their chat support. They told me it would take 2 months to get my package back. HUH?!? They continued to blame USPS despite them printing and putting label on package and clearly not double checking my address. Then they said they could just reorder but that the glasses that were out of stock would take probably THREE MONTHS to come back in stock. They were very rude and would take no blame for the situation. I asked for a refund and they offered a pitiful 15% off to not cancel. What a JOKE. I've now ordered through Zenni and will never be returning to EyeBuyDirect.
I have been using Eyebuydirect for years now, and I am always happy with my choices. They will do returns/exchanges if anything is off or you don't like them, and I have only had to do that once in the years I have used them.

EBD provides a lot of glasses options, two fairly good ways to virtually try on frames, good sales, and high-quality products. Ordering is easy, and if something doesn't work out, returns/exchanges are too. I've ordered from EBD several times and always had a great experience!
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
