The prettiest frames at reasonable prices. Even with my prescription they were affordable. The last time I purchased glasses from them I received more compliments than I ever received on my glasses. People even asked where did you buy them. So I told them and also told them how after purchasing them the company even sent me discounts and they were already cheap. People had told me the name of another company on line but I like this company cuz the prices are Great
I really do love Eyebuydirect. They're glasses are pretty well made, and I am the type of person who doesn't really care for my glasses. I constantly take them off around the house, throw them on the floor, and misplace them often. So I really don't want to spend hundreds of dollars buying a pair of glasses for me to mistreat them. But I do want my glasses to be stylish and Eyebuydirect offers so many cute styles. I highly recommend it!
I love it I order 2 pair for half of the price for one. My eye doctor wanted to charge me $240 with 50% off..
It would be better if the website is easier to maneuver! But it is still grreat! I like the try on thing but it would be nice to specify a distance so that I don't get too close or too far from the camera in order to get a more precise look on how I look with the glasses on.
I signed up for the 15% off Welcome and it didn't apply to frames already on sale even though I was buying 4 pairs of glasses. I am in grad school and tried the 20% off student discount and got the same message - discount doesn't apply to frames already on sale. I wish I would have known that before I spent two plus hours finding four pairs of glasses. I hope I like them when they are delivered cuz then my little disappointment will be forgotten.
I am careful but sometimes careless with my glasses. It is so good to know that I can order another pair and get it so quickly. Recently I left my glasses at a place where no one would be able to get them back to me because I don't know anyone there. Ordered a new pair and will have them just like that.

Very easy to order glasses, prices good. However, my first pair broke around the screw attaching the arm. I will try a spring-loaded hinge model next in hopes they will last longer.

If you do not understand how to determine your prescription it is vital that you ask your up Optrominist's office to help you with ordering these glasses. You cannot rely on your picture and putting crosses on your pupils to determine a distance mine was incorrect. I was lucky because my optrominist front office had a young girl who understood the on line buying process for glasses.

The order process is self explanatory and guides the consumer through the process. Prices and incentives are exceptional and although I never needed to speak with anyone, the feeling is that someone is giving you personal attention at the other end.
Can't wait for these to arrive to order my next pair. Looking forward see if/when there will be any cycling frames and mirrored progressive lenses available!
I've been using Eyebuydirect.com exclusive for about ten years now. The frames are great, long lasting and come at an outstanding price. My only complaint is how difficult they seem to make it to place your order! Everytime I try to purchase a pair, it takes so long because the website constantly backtracks me. I'll put in all my info then it'll make me start the whole process all over again multiple time. I use my mobile device, so it usually happens if I put my phone down for a second during the process. I don't know, it's just super annoying so that's why I knocked down two stars.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
