Customer service was excellent. I was unhappy with the frames and they accommodated me without hesitation. Although they replaced the frames with the very same ones, they rectified their mistake and third time was a charm. II now have my glasses and very pleased.

I love my glasses. The prescription was made perfectly and the frames are so stylish. My only wish would have been the addition of polarized lenses for my prescription sunglasses which I was told was not an option.
