Input your prescription information and select the type of lense you prefer. When your finished hit checkout to complete payment and that's it. Then stand by your mailbox and wait it's that fast.

Very good and easy to navigate and good eyeglasses

Little hard to find where to put the discount code, had to start over 3 times, would be nice if it was on the payment screen.

Returned a pair for the same size as ones that fit me and they still did not fit (too big)

With a slight adjustment from my local optician my new glasses are wonderful. I really want to take advantage of the discount program and get another pair also. I definitely recommend and will be using their services in the future.

They look like women's glasses and the progressive lenses go out of focus if I look up or down

I was skeptical of the low price but they are solid, quality glasses. I would have paid ten times as much at Costco

I was surprisingly happy with my order, I felt like I was not going to be happy because of my other online shopping experience's, but I love the glasses, I loved the price, the quality seems to be GRADE A, I was not as happy with the delivery time! I'd order again, just not when I want them quickly!

Easy; great selection; great value; love the "Try-on" feature! So reasonable I went back for a second purchase of metal framed glasses (versus plastic the first time) andy first pair of prescription sunglasses.

I love the great customer service experience, the vast variety of eye wear, and prices.

My overall experience was good and plan to order more glasses from EyeBuyDirect. The quality of ether glasses is good. It took a little bit to figure out how the order process worked on the site but got it completed successfully. The delivery status was kind of clunky because the updates weren't steady. The only other note would be that the order took about the same amount of time as an overseas company to get delivered.

It does take time to receive glasses, but overall is a great service

EyeBuyDirect have multiple options such as optional features that can be added to the glasses. Website is easy to use as well as tracking my delivery. Customer service was helpful and professional in making changes to my orders without any complications.

Mediocre products at mediocre price. Fair quality. I've ordered from EyeBuyDirect a few times but don't anticipate doing so again. Just seems the relative value of EyeBuyDirect vs. other options was better a few years ago. The "inexpensive" options amount to a bait-and-switch... anything and everything a typical consumer might need/want costs extra, extra, extra.

I found using the chat feature to be more helpful than talking on the phone.
I am new to progressive lenses, and it seems like that feature, even with Premium Progressives, should be fine tuned somehow.
The Premium Progressive lenses feel more like regular Progressive (based on EBD website comparison), but I have not tried regular Progressives so I cannot compare.
I appreciate being able to send them back if they do not work out.

I'm really happy with the frames, and I can see so great through these lenses. I was nervous about ordering frames and lenses online, but I am SUPER happy!
