This time I was ordering same frame as last time but with different lenses. Really easy to find my older order and change the rescription.
As always the glasses are great and very quickly made and shipped

I ordered from this company, they put my order on hold to get more details. Took 48hrs before they emailed me to get clarification. I provided the information, waited 9 days and still no glasses. When I called, they said the agent checking emails had not passed on information. So they put it through so it is going to be another 7 to 14 days now. Ordered Feb.4th, won't get them till March.8th. I don't recommend using this company...unless you have time to wait.
I put in a new prescription that didn't work for me and needed to go back to my old one. Customer service asked no questions and helped me. Fast and easy. And I like that my first pair went to someone in need

I wear extra small frames and there are only a few to choose from. Most of these, while narrow, have large round lenses that droop down my cheeks. The glasses I bought were cute but not really suited for my face.
The glasses were delivered on the 14th day. The shipping label was completed after a few days. I find it interesting that glasses can be shipped and delivered in two days (for a $19.95 fee) but it took two weeks to put the "finishing touches" on them.
Great value, I am a repeat customer going back multiple years, but this was the first time ever that I had a problem. One of the three pair of glasses that I ordered have the wrong prescription and I cannot see when trying to use them. The other two pairs or fine.

Ordering my glasses was quick and easy. The hard part was choosing the frames from the many that were offered. I especially like the fact that the weights of the frames were given. I like light frames.
Initially, my cc was rejected, but incorrectly. I wrote an email, and it was accepted. Unclear why it was rejected in the first place after having used in for 5 pairs of glasses in the last few weeks.

Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
