They have so many styles and all of them are less expensive than going to the vision places, you're not forced to spend 400 for 2 pairs or 300 for 1pair. Choose your frame. Choose your lense, then wait a few days and you got your new frames. Accidents happen, I stepped on my glasses last week. Except this time around it's only a 20-30 dollar accident.
Have been purchasing glasses here since 2020 because they are great quality, easy to work with if you have any problems. Not to mention half the price I have been paying elsewhere.

I accidentally placed an order without updating shipping address and I was told by customer support since it is 2 day shipping they can not cancel or modify the order. This is very inconvenient because I literally just placed the order and seconds later realized the order was going to an old address. There is no excuse as to why my address on the order could not be updated. I could understand if I waited hours to notify someone of the mistake but it was literally seconds after the order was placed.

We have bought our glasses from Eyebuydirect for close to 7 years. We order a new pair every year after our annual eye exam with our new prescription! One year we put the prescriptions in incorrectly and the customer service team was so helpful with getting this corrected and our correct prescription with our glasses to us quickly!
Carla, an online agent, could not / would not help me when I told her that my glasses were destroyed. She first claimed I bought the glasses with insurance, i did not. Then, she told me insurance was used for orders for my glasses, they were not... I used the insurance once, not for multiple glasses. Last, she could not help me or offer any numbers or information about that department, that took a supervisor, for which I am very grateful/ appreciative of, wonderful interaction with the supervisor.

I started buying my glasses from eyebuydirect because buying them from the optometrist is wayyy too expensive, about $400, even if I trade in my old frames and only get lenses. When looking elsewhere, I just decided to trust eyebuydirect to see how the process went and if their glasses were any good, and they were! I was very satisfied with my frames and lens quality. On another occasion, I ordered glasses for my dad and they arrived too big, they sat loosely on his face. I called eyebuydirect's customer service and was able to get him different style frames that fit better, and due to price difference, the difference was refunded as the second pair cost less than the first. It's been a great experience working with eyebuydirect and I do recommend them to anyone who wears glasses.

Purchase off my glasses was beyond my expectations and when I received my glasses they were perfect the tint the glasses, the frame everything was great. I would definitely use this company again.
I can honestly say that I have ordered over 20 pair of glasses from EBD and I love each one of them. Although I've had issues in the past with glasses breaking within a year of my receiving them, i still think this is the best bang for my buck! I have definitely recommended EBD to everyone I encounter.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
