Needed advice on reading my prescription, contacted via online. Helpful and informative.

It was great however. I received 2 pairs of glasses with no cleaning cloth. Otherwise, the glasses are great quality. Im happy with them.

You can't beat the price and the quality is good. Definitely would use again. Follow what they have on their website and it was quick and easy.

Original order was scratched, replacements were fine.

The whole experience of buying glasses online was a new concept to me, but, overall a very good one! I received exactly what I ordered, I do a lot of online shopping & this is a very rare experience!

What I'm not keen on is the made in China bit and the aggressive email marketing campaign.

I was impressed with the prescription glasses and the prescription sunglasses.
I paid about as much for the two glasses as I did for my eye exam for my previous ones...

Website was easy to navigate. After sales service was very helpful in giving me shipping information.

Selection is poor for certain cheaper selections. Rejection is never revealed until after selecting recommended frames and selecting lenses. Then you have to start over with recommended frame selections only to get rejected after the process.
