Honestly had an issue with first order. Rectified immediately.
I had issues with a couple of items ordered and they took care of everything extremely fast. There were no attempts to get out of any liability or pass blame, they either sent a replacement (which corrected one issue) or took care of any inconvenience incurred by me, no questions asked (which I feel took care of the other). It felt kind of weird having such wonderful and accommodating customer service. I will definitely continue to get my parts from Extreme Terrain!

Extreme terrain is a great company that offers a wide variety of parts for customizing our Jeep. However, using FedEx as their choice for next day parcel is huge mistake. Had I known it would take an extra two days to arrive, and be delivered to the wrong address, I never would have paid for next day delivery. Please consider UPS. Thank you!
This was my first time ordering from Extreme Terrain. Overall the experience was great. I was especially surprised that my front bumper from my order arrived ahead of the other smaller parts I ordered. I will definitely be shopping again from here!
