I ordered 2 parts Nov 2nd with the promise of they will be delivered Nov 11th. The first part was delivered Nov 16th and was damaged in the box, so this was shipped broken but sent it anyway. Today is Dec 14th and i finally had to cancel the other part that never showed up. And every time i talked to them i get the same BS line of "this is shipping from our supplier and you'll get an email notification in 24-48 hours." surprise surprise i never got any notification. They are garbage to work with so same your money and peace of mind and get your parts somewhere else.

The attachment hardware that was shipped separately had been previously installed and 3 brackets were missing. Also the nuts and bolts were loose in the box and there were NO assembly instructions. These problems were finally rectified but I had to repack everything and ship it back. UGH!
Shipping department dropped the ball on this order but in the end it turned out ok.
I do like the product but all this could have been avoided with a little care!
