Ordered Four Shocks separately in the Presidents Day Sale (2 Front and 2 Rear) and got 2 shipping numbers from Fed Ex. On arrival day 3 boxes show up and (of course only 3 shocks and 3 tracking numbers). Boxes were rough and two had open ends. My wife called ET and the gal was helpful and explained should have received 4 tracking numbers and the 4th shock was a day behind and she gave my wife the tracking number. The next day the 4th shock showed up reboxed with the original box looked like it had shipped via Ukraine and was inside a new box that could easily hold 4 shocks. Pleased with the Product but not the packaging and miscommunication of how many boxes to be looking out for. They could have easily put two shocks strapped together so there would have only been two packages.
Everything I have ordered has been as seen online. Quick shipping! Satisfied customer!

It fit perfect for my 22 2door JL, the shine on the paint was exactly the same shine to my car considering I kept finding super matte grilles.
My ordered was processed and shipped quickly. The challenge was the roof rack I ordered had two drivers mounts instead of a driver and passenger mount. That was no fault of Extreme and my RMA was processed quickly and efficiently.

When preparing for installation of the Molle panel for my 2023 Ford Bronco 2 door I could not make sense of the hardware provided. On close scrutiny of images from the company the hardware provided was not the same as what was used for the installation photos.
In addition, the scan image provided to review the installation was not even for my vehicle. It was for a Ford F150 side wall installation. Overall not a very satisfying experience and now I have to spend additional time sorting out how to get the correct hardware.
Rims and tires fit perfect look amazing just what I was looking for. The tire sensors work great light stayed out no problem.
My package came in less than a week, & the quality is amazing. Recommend!
Finding what I wanted was easy. I ordered it on a Thursday. The website indicated I would have the order on Monday. I never received it. On Monday the tracking showed I would get it on Tuesday. On Tuesday it showed I would get it on Wednesday. On Wednesday it showed I would get it on Thursday. I finally received the order. I love the fog lamps I ordered. I know this really has nothing to due with Extreme Terrain, but they need to know that some of their orders are not arriving as indicated.
