I placed my order on 09/10/2023 and as of today 09/21/2023 I still haven't received any kind of shipping/tracking information.

To me, it just seems a bit long to get any information on my order.
Shipping was great and arrived early, only to realize when I went to install them that they won't fit! Customer service was great, but I had to repackage them and take them to a FedEx drop off site to return. Hope to receive credit soon and I'm now afraid to order something else for fear of having the same issue!
I order a car harness repair kit for Jeep gladiator 2020 the plug from the kit does not fit the speed sensor

It was easy to find what I was looking for and check out was just as fast and simple and painless Extreme Terrain has always been my go to for jeep parts and accessories.
Bought a set of 5 tires/wheels from this company with TPMS sensors installed already. Got wheels, everything was great. Took Jeep to 3 different tire shops to have TPMS sensors activated. Nobody could get them to work. All 5 TPMS sensors were dead. I called customer service for help. NO refund offered! They wanted me (a female) to take the TPMS sensors out & ship back to them before they would send another set.
SO...you want ME to pay someone to remove your faulty product. Then pay someone AGAIN to re-install your possible new faulty product? ALL of this was supposed to be included in the HUGE price I paid for this 5 set of wheels. But Extreme Terrain will not stand behind their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
