I was able to renew my Grandfathers passport for him without needing an appointment. It's hard to get an 88-year-old man to do anything he doesn't want to do. We have a cruise in July but didn't want to risk sending it out for slow processing. We paid for the slowest service and still received it within 2 weeks, maybe even sooner. It was really fast.

If you're on the fence about using their service to get your passport, don't think twice. They performed and came through for me and my husband. Two passports processed in less than a week, and that's including shipping time. Great service!

First off- if you thnk you need a passport or visa really fast, you should contact them. I thought I needed a visa for my cruise but they looked into it for me and actually just told me I only needed a passport. I ended up getting the card bcause its cheaper but their fees were reasonable and most importantly very fast!
