I keep trying to leave a review but it's not working. I dont use these sites so I apologize if this posts multiple times. I just want to say thank you for the fast service. I had a lot of questions but the woman that helped me was very good at her job. I ended up paying less than I thought because I didn't actually need my passport in 24 hours. Good thing I called because I was ready to order the most expensive option!
It's not exactly an easy process if you've never do it before but the staff was professional and courteous which says a lot nowadays. The instruction documents were helpful but honestly the best thing about the service is having someone to call and email throughout the process. They also processed it really quickly which is why I paid for the service.
FAST SERVICE!
I probably didn't NEED to use the service but my passport was expiring within 7 months of my trips end date and apparently you need to have 6 months beyond the return date. Since I travel a lot for work, it wasn't worth the risk. Plus I may decide to extend my trip now. Good service.
My passport was paused because I had an issue with my photo but their team sent me an email and called me right away so I was able to send in a new photo and still got my passport on time. This would never have happened with any other service. Amazing.
Very good service. I was reluctant to just trust any company with my passport information. I read a lot of reviews but still was nervous. I called and spoke with a really kind woman that walked me through everything and never made me feel like it was an upsell. I understood the fees and process and ultimately felt reassured this was legitimate. I was still nervous but I had to get my passport fast. They kept in touch with me during each step of the process and I got my passport with plenty of time to spare. This was well worth the money and the peace of mind eventually came.

I used this service based on a recommendation from my sister and I am very thankful it worked out. We won a little cruise and they recommended we get a passport in case we wanted to get off in Bermuda which we did so it was worth it. Thank you.
The process was intimidating at first but once I called in and spoke with the representatives, they helped me through the process. I had to call a few times because I kept getting worried I was doing it wrong, but they always stayed on the phone with me and made sure everything was done correctly. They also emailed me during each step of the processing which gave me some peace as this all was very overwhelming. In the end I received my passport within a few days and I still had time to spare.
This was not a cheap service but it was a fair price. The final cost was not exactly upfront with the addition of overnight fees and having to pay the U.S governments fees too, but the charges were all fair. I initially had some sticker shock, but overnight charges aren't cheap and everything they charged me for was in line with what they were doing for me. They were polite when I spoke to them on the phone, the website was easy to use, the email updates were awesome and I got my passport exactly when they said I would.
Both reps that helped me were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a good service since I was in a pinch and needed a new passport like yesterday.
My husband purchased this even though I didn't think we needed it. Turns out I was wrong! It takes soooo long for normal processing. We ended up getting all of our passports within 8 days including the weekend. The price was necessary or we would have missed our one vacation a year.
