I have seen different reviews in which most of the customers are happy with the quality and rates but I'll mention their quick response and delivery. Since it was my first time purchasing from them, I was a little bit confused, but they answered each and every query (with patience, lol) and sent me a free sample. Their international delivery is also very fast I received my product within 2 days to Germany
Wonderful customer service and excellent quality of products. It is very hard to find decent vendor with fast delivery but express highs have made it possible. I don't think theirs a single area where improvement is needed, payment is easy, shipping is fast, high strength herbal incense.
Very responsive and Friendly Customer Service and Fast delivery too. I can get the product I need at a great price. I have experienced them for the fifth time but they never disappoint me when it comes to the quality and delivery of the product.
I have been asking for a week now for my order #******* to be cancelled. On monday 9/8/2021 i got a answer saying the refund process would start on that day. It is now thursday and still no sign that EH has started to give me a refund. Sort it out EH. The time it takes you to answer my message you could of refunded my money... and before you blame the bank... it got nothing to do with the bank until you start the process. Can you please refund my £89,
Update... lies. Lies. Lies... you are full of it... i have checked my emails and order on your site. I have no emails from you and my order #******* is still saying processed... why are you lieing? I have now put a screen shot of my order status fixed to this review, it shows what real liers EH are.
Placed and order in September still waiting on half of it 10 weeks of constant emails and then EH pass me of with passing the buck and general nonsense and stalling tactics so I've decided to let them keep it it's the easiest option at this point because it's just an uphill battle now and poor customer service. But obviously they've lost another customer as there's no point placing any more orders if it's going to be a battle to get what I paid for.

So I ordered from them on 28/06/2021 and paid as per usual. Surprise, surprise, more than a week later they still haven't even looked at my order #******* much less shipping it. I sent them a query trough their "support portal" which gave a very generic response "Thanks for your e-mail. We understand your concern. Please note that as soon as the process is completed you'll get an update" absolutely disgrace of customer service, absolutely disgrace of service.
Upon checking your inquiry, we are seeing that our customer service team has replied to your emails more than once about your order. Due to the high volume of orders, we are experiencing brief delays with processing also, as every payment has to be checked and verified before an order is processed. This can result in delays since we have to be careful with verifying each transaction. We cannot update an order to be processed until the payment is successful 100%. When a customer receives that update it means that everything is clear and the order will then be prepared to ship. If you have any further questions please reach out to us.
Im howling with laughter at the response please don't insult customers intelligence if you did reply to emails there would be no need for people sharing their experiences on sites like this... Absolute joke of a company never respond to emails unless you publicy complain and mickey mouse goods. Since Brexit they blamed everybody other than yourselves and the fact that you need to set up mail forwarding or shipped from a Spanish Warehouse says it all. No need to read how mail forwarding works its self explanatory and of no interest. Last order was in January took 3 months to get a proper answer before you offered refunds so yes will not be ordering again, last e mail i sent was May still no reply to date and i have a copy of your last response of April stating you don't work weekends so again your reply is lacking substance, hence Long story short save the hassle buy elsewhere.

Base on your statement, we assume you may not have ordered from us because our customer service rep is available seven days per week, and all emails are handled each day between 9 am - 6 pm. We take full responsibility for all lost packages as per our delivery terms, and it is shown on the delivery page and order page stating that we offer one replacement if the package is lost. In regards to the mail forwarding option, it is only available to UK customers who would like to purchase from the NL warehouse because only the Spain warehouse ships directly to the UK. Please research what a mail forwarding service is, and you will have a full understanding of what it means. If you would like to speak with us directly we are available 7 days per week and will assist with any questions you may have.
They would send me package. Keep saying its being processed and won't explain. Its been two weeks now. I dont understand why it would take that long to be posted. And say processed. There is something wrong going on here.
Have now been sent another tracking number but it doesn't work. Seems like somethings is going on. Over a week to resend something and then tracking number doesn't exist in the system

I keep coming back to this shop I love the Incense I have purchased so far and so do the people I have shared these with, EH has been very responsive to my inquiries and want to help the best way they can
Express Highs has been an amazing shop considering the quality of their incense is just like the good old days and the superb delivery service, nothing even remotely similar can be found in my country now. I haven't had any reason to complain and I hope it stays that way. Highly recommend!
There was an issue with my order when it arrived but I emailed them and had a response within a day even though it was a Saturday. They handled the issue really professionally and sent out a replacement - I was really impressed with their customer service
Great quality, burn well. Highly recommend. Have bought from lots of other retailers in the past but these are one of the best quality I have found. Great service from EH
The incense I got was very strong, I tried many vendors on the net, but these are by far the best, especially the Bizarro deal. They also have different varieties of bath salts which I'm going to try next. Overall my experience with the store has been excellent, express shipping with UPS is a plus!
After searching for quite some time, I was delighted to find and purchase my "incense" in bulk through this website. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the customer support was friendly. Now I know just where to look whenever I need quality product
I have ordered the Plutonium twice, and I am extremely pleased with it and the store in general. The communication was effective, and the staff has been very helpful. I can't think of anywhere better to purchase my product and recommend them to others.

Except for a slightly longer shipping time than I expected, I have no complaints. The store promptly emailed me with the shipping date and tracking information. The product arrived in good shape and as I wanted. I will not hesitate to order incense from the store again. Satisfied!
This site hasnt replied to 10 emails asking for my items or money returned. Completely ignoring me had my money since 13th April 21, totally u Profesional, have no customer service AT ALL! I advise buy from here with caution, seriously rubbish site.
