Bonjour pour une première commande tout c'est bien déroulé première livraison parfaite le colis était dans la boîte au lettre et deuxième livraison le livreur était devant ma porte, super je suis très comptent je recommande ce site très sérieux!
Grande réactivité pour prendre en compte la commande. Colis arrivé très rapidement.
Les produits reçus correspondaient tout à fait au descriptif. Parfait!
I placed my order in 17.03, next day 18.03 was processed. Now is 28.03 and my order stat is procesed, not trucking number no send no nothing! I write email at *******@expresshighs.com, they answer me at 3/5 days and told me i have a problem with post code, changed my information delivery in 21.03 Now is 28.03 and this great team expresshighs.com do nothing. NOTHING, 2 days ago send my and email: Thanks for your e-mail. Yes, and apologies for the delay, tracking will follow tomorrow. Today 28.03 my order stats is processed. Now i waiting for a miracle!

I had an issue with my purchase after ordering the wrong product. After emailing them, they responded immediately and sent out my replacement product as soon as they received my return.
Bought a few things from these guys & always received a great service. Had a couple of issues with one of their products & they dealt with it professionally & promptly, replacing / refunding in a timely manner.

Been 3 days since it is processed but not shipped ordered 3 times but im waiting for the last order to be shipped tryed emailing them but no reply the order is ******* witch is heavenly-E and Space-E and substitute from the Spanish warehouse and send directly i hope i get my order soon
I ordered a lot of stuff on the 6th of march--now 19th --UPS? What a joke! 1st time delivery really quick ( even if the ' bizzaro ' weighed 19.5g instead of the 25 advertised --was really weak as well, but I let it go being a first time customer. Not this time. I sent them an e mail a week later asking for an explanation for the delay--I'm still waiting! The e mail was NEVER answered! Conclusion? Now I am 300 euros down the toilet, I have this advice: stay away from these two bit thieves! They will gladly take your money keep it and send you NOTHING! Express highs? Lowlife thieving scum ( robbing old ladie's handbags is your style as well)

You need to track the parcel using the tracking number we sent in an order update e-mail on the 9th please. It has also been available in your order history since then.
According to the tracking number you need to collect the parcel from a UPS Access Point as nobody was at the location when they tried to deliver it.
We've sent you the tracking number again by e-mail just in case.

Recently placed an order but could not read the new update they sent me a link after taking my money telling me I ordered from the wrong Warehouse so I fix the issue now they are refusing to send me my new order and trying to charge me for items I have not received they have scans £139 I had emailed them every single day just for them to keep sending me another payment link my mate has done the same thing but he prepared the link and he has been charged for times now this company is not worth it the customer satisfaction has gone down do not order if you're from UK

Apologies for the delay, but it occured because you've ordered items that can be shipped within EU only. After Brexit UK is no longer in the EU. There is a warning for UK customers explaining what products can be shipped to the UK after Brexit on the main page of our website, plus on the checkout page and plus on your account page.
As we explained in the message sent after the order, we do not require any additional payment from you, all we needed is for you to let us know if there are some products that interest you from the warehouse that can ship to the UK, so that we can change the products in your order. We did not mean that you must pay again in any way, so the second order you placed and paid was refunded and the original order has already been shipped to you with the products that you have chosen from the correct warehouse.
