I was very pleased with the products & delivery up until my last order. It was seized and destroyed by customs. I had no response and no refund. I literally spent thousands in 7 years but can't risk ordering any more as the same thing will probably happen again. Now I'm getting through 3 bottles of spirits a week.

Went to this site set up their mail forwarding and tried 1 item as a test and they want 45 pounds to forward a letter and express recamend them. This is some sort of scam. Dont use these scammers

We recommend 10 different mail forwarding services in Europe as a possible solution for UK customers as we can no longer ship to the UK after Brexit. I placed an order on the 14th of June and instead of sending my long standing order they sent something completely different, which I've never ordered before and to be honest I don't even know what it is! It is currently the 14th of July and I am still waiting on them sending me my correct order. I've tried emailing on multiple occasions but all they'll say, if they do get back in touch is it has been escalated to the "shipping department" but that sounds like a load of rubbish because I highly doubt the company is that big they have a separate shipping department and it's just an excuse to not help. The order value is over £250 so it's not something I can let go or afford to lose. The customer support has been abysmal at best and non existent at worst, I have shopped with them for many years and spent a lot of money with them but apparently they don't appreciate loyalty and treat their customers like dirt. It's not like it's anything I've done to cause this mess, it is all their doing by sending out the wrong order but the fact the refuse to correct their mistake or even take responsibility for it is very disappointing and quite frankly I deserve better service than that. I don't understand why they won't just send me what I paid for. I have tried all I can do and at this stage all I can do is warn others not to shop with them which is unfortunate because before this fiasco I was perfectly happy with the product.

Mysterious Plants are not shipping to the UK so thought I would come back and try this place again; big mistake! Still the same slow, never responds, sh*t service as it was a couple of years ago.
Ordered last week, processed Sunday, now Thursday and it has still not been shipped!
WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE UK, please read what is says on the website
Never reply to emails, delays in 1/3 orders, no apology or explanation, terrible (non-existant) customer service.
Not only did they take two working days to ship an order for next day delivery; but now they can no longer offer any fast delivery and my latest order is now in day 4 and yet to be processed, it's now Friday evening so it won't get shipped until sometime next week, then probably will not arrive until the week after!! If anybody knows of a better company for these products please let me know.
Placed an order back in June that i still haven't received! Despite many many emails requesting a refund because im sick and tired of jumping through their hoops again this was denied. Asked for a reship and they waffle on about opening a forwarding mail box?! I didn't want or need a forwarding mailbox when i orderdd on June and if its because of 'Brexit' thats also a lie as DPD and other couriers still ship to the UK not a problem!
Feel completley ignored via email and any response is generic 'we can't unless you do this and this and because of Brexit'...
They are only using mail forwarding so "nothing can come back to them personally and legally"... quick enough now to ignore your customers and let them deal with your very lack of service and robyou of your money in the process!

Lovely website, ordering process, and swift delivery. I have tried multiple products and I would definitely recommend Express highs - the quality of the product is always very good and I feel the products are a fair price, only issue is response time could be faster, but still far better than other vendors. I hope you will continue this!

Me han cancelado el pedido y se han quedado con mi dinero. Después de muchos intentos para contactar con ellos, te responden cuando le amenazas pero su respuesta es cancelarte el pedido y quedarse con tu dinero, ya que en mi caso no me lo han devuelto. Solo deseo que todo el dinero que me han estafado a mi y a otras muchas personas lo tengan que utilizar en... ya me entienden. Mancha de gentuza y de empresa basura. ESTAFADORES.

The most reliable shop. Order here for at least four months and have never been disappointed, neither in terms of service nor quality. Delivery usually within 3 days - if it takes longer, it's usually up to DHL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Express highs for online shopping.
I got referred by a friend, but now I am a regular customer, their products are the best and at reasonable rates. They send free samples before you buy and, the delivery time is good too with UPS. Bulk Bizarro works out very cheap compared to any other shop. They are doing really very wonderful job.
