Die ersten packungen sind super,danach leider große entäuschung,es kommt leider was anderes,anderer geruch,farbe und konsistenz.kaum wirkung.
Erste bestellung 1 packung bestellt,super...Zweite bestellung 3 packungen 1 super,2 packungen nicht gut bzw schlecht.
Dritte bestellung 5 bestellt mit der hoffnung auf gutes zeug,und da der support und lieferung bis jetzt sehr zuverlässig war(die 2 schlechten reklamiert,ich soll die 2 packungen nach AMERIKA senden zum hersteller hat man mir geantwortet...)
Aber leider so wie es schon geahnt habe!
Schlechtes (bzw nicht gut,schwach ect.) zeug bekommen.
Habe eine packung aufgemacht gleich gesehen und gerochen das ist nicht wie die erste packung die wir bestellt haben!
Alle 5 packungen aufgemacht,und entäuschung, groß,...
Weil lange darauf gewartet und gefreut.Wenn die das wieder gut machen dann gibts wieder mehr sterne.

Can you advise what is holding up order #******* order was placed and paid for on 07/10/2022, invoice #*******, I paid natural today 12/10/2022, the order has still not progressed at all since it was placed

Customer support should have already messaged you about the issue, as you had 7 failed attempts to pay with 3DSecure and used different cards and names the transaction was blocked, we have been resolving the issue, please check your email for further updates.

The products from the legal high shop did change since we first opened 6 years ago, as is the whole point of legal highs, if the EU wide laws change - so must the products if they were affected, but this does not happen frequent at all, and it depends on how long ago your first order with us was. This, of course, does not apply to any products from the Research Chemicals shop, or CBD.

We've looked into the issue, and even though your previous order with us was quite a while ago - those products have not changed. We have noticed that you actually never ordered the product in question before, perhaps you just don't like this particular one?

I'm from the UK and only realised that after I paid for my order EH could not ship directly to me. I didn't fancy paying £9 tracked postage plus at least 15 Euros using a parcel redirection service. I requested a refund, which I received roughly two weeks later, and the customer service was very good, and they replied promptly. Just a warning to UK customers - It's expensive and a hassle. I may try ordering again in the future once I can afford it.

Beware of one product its called quick silver 0.5 g this product is a dud you get no effect from it the product write up is a load rubbish I also find the 0.5 g not very potant I'm a weary of the new products. All day all night 1g is very good and insomnia 1g, ocen ultra 1g are the best products they are good quality. I have had no issues with the service. The only down fall is that they have they won't let you post up a negative or honest review. All I ask is that you stop selling quick silver 0.5g it's a dud you don't get any effect from it

En general. Parfois la préparation de commande mets vraiment longtemps mais sinon ça va. Niveau produit le choix est très basique ce qui est dommage.
