Not a good service…2 months and my order still hasn't arrived. Plus put of ten emails they respond only once with same answer always ' we have noticed the relevant department'
J'ai commandé des articles en début de semaine en express donc 24€ en plus pour que ma commande arrive avant le week-end et nous sommes vendredi ma commande n'a toujours pas ete traitée. Quand je demande le remboursement des frais d'express non respectés on ne me répond plus! Et aucune nouvelle du service client à ce jour! Nul je ne commanderai plus

Nous avons vérifié et le colis a été envoyé par accident avec le mauvais niveau de service, c'est pourquoi cela a pris plus de temps. Nous vous avons désormais intégralement remboursé les frais d'expédition, nous nous excusons pour l'erreur.

J'ai passé commande lundi nous sommes jeudi ma commande est juste traitée ni prête à l'envoie ni expédiée alors que j'ai payé 24€ de livraison « EXPRESS ». J'ai beau écrire à leur service client leur disant que j'ai payé un express et que ma commande n'est pas encore expédiée ils vous envoie gentiment bouler… c'est n'importe quoi. Leurs concurrents livrent plus rapidement et gratuitement donc n'hésitez pas à aller chez eux vous serez mieux reçus que chez eux. Pourquoi facturer ce prix là pour un service bidon? Des voleurs. Je recommandais ce site jusqu'à il y a quelques mois désormais mes livraison et traitement de commandes sont franchement lamentables..
Nachdem es Schwierigkeiten mit der Zahlungs Zuordnung gab, hat der Kundenkontakt scheinbar Super Funktioniert und meine Sendung ist auf dem weg. Somit auf jeden Fall Empfehlenswert! :)

I think for one order customer support have already e-mailed you to ask for proof of bank transfer as we could not locate the bank transfer. And for the other order I see that you have one in the "processed" stage, so payment was received for it. I placed an order (#*******) on January 2,2024, and still, I have no delivery tracking number or any product.
After 10 days of waiting I engaged with customer support, and their reply goes as follows:

I'm based in Europe(Spain), and usually, I receive stuff from the Netherlands and in worse cases the deliveries take one week.
At this point, I'm starting to realize that I've been scammed and that my only hope now is to open a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.
I seriously do not recommend this shop as it seems to not be reliable at all.

Third time ordering from this site now always delivered to me and always pleased with the order of out of stock they send another item same quality ime in UK follow their website advice and always delivered to me pleased with them every time never failed me yet promise faithfully Michael
Order #******* was paid a week ago, but i am still waiting on responses of 2 emails about processing of my order... seems there is no customer service and when I see some of the reviews here about similar problems I notice the only way to possibly get them to notice you is by asking for help in a review. Let's hope it works, fingers crossed.
Edit: got response and it seemed they couldn't find my payment, but this issue was resolved within 30mins. I'll get my tracking number tomorrow.
They do though keep telling me that there is a problem with me receiving mail, but I'm 100% sure the issue is on their end.
My tip for them would be to visually show their email for contact... because from my and seemingly others experiences the 'contact us' link seems not to work correcty.
Another tip would be to get their payment system better linked to orders placed.
These 2 seemingly minor issues have mayor consequences.
Added 2 stars for quick and correct customer service, and will update and make it 5 stars once I've received my order... ofcourse I will ad a little about the satisfaction of the product.
Edit: so 3 days ago I get the promise that the order will be shipped and that I will recieve a tracking number the next day. I mean, if I were them I would make an exception and work as hard as possible to get that tracking number send to my customer within the hour, to make up for my mistakes.
But they promise to send it within 24 hrs, yet after 3 days I'm still waiting...
Quite unimpressed and back to 1 star...
I'm wondering how much longer this will take or if it's even gonna happen at all

However, please note that there does seem to be an issue with you receiving e-mails from us, if you take a look at the order status in your account's order history, customer support have been trying to reach you since November 18th, but you do not seem to receive our e-mails. The tracking number tomorrow will follow the same path, so please make sure the e-mail address is correct, check your spam folder, or alternatively you will also be able to see the tracking number in your order history. Horrible customer service! Every time I have to contact support. The guys opened an online store early, their level is still in the underground passages to sell! The only thing I like is the quality of some products, however, this is not guaranteed; they may change the ordered product to another without agreeing with you.
To get something to Germany you need to wait like 7-10 days but be paitient it gets there. Little bit expensive but quality could be worse.
All in all okay

We apologize for the delay this time, originally it was due to a new shipping address for your order, for that postal code in Malta it was not possible to send a regular parcel with any of the courier companies, only special delivery with a cost of over 150 EUR. The parcel to the new address that you provided is showing as "delayed" on the Fedex website, but the last scan was only 2 days ago, for delivery to an island this is usually not a red flag, we will keep an eye on it, but we are sure that you will receive it soon, and even if there is an issue we will always reship a lost tracked order.
