There are excellent shops with good products who are reliable, transparent and communicate well. Unfortunately express highs isn't any of those things…. They are straightforward scammers.

To be clear…. I spent £278 with this company and received nothing. I've given them the further information requested and they didn't reply. Their responses here are just window dressing.

Qualifyed sendings, mostly fast.
The Quality of the products is great. First time they send me another thing because it was out of stock, but it was even a better product.
My order is still processing today and i made bank transfer 10.07.23. I send them an email with bank transfer confirmaion but they didn't respond me!

Update: We've got your order id, you must have sent the payment from a different name, we do have a payment with the same value but no order reference and the name does not match. Customer service have e-mailed you earlier today as we need you to confirm the IBAN number from which the payment was made in order to make sure that the payment is yours.

These con artists will take your money, tell you they've sent your order - but nothing will ever come. Don't be fooled by the fake positive reviews on here, they'll have written them themselves! I wasted £40 on these criminals, don't do the same yourself, shop elsewhere!

Hello EH. You're saying that I didn't use registered mail for my order - absolutely correct. And the only reason for that is you DON'T OFFER THAT OPTION FOR GERMANY! It's even written on the invoice that you don't! So i'm not sure how I was supposed to have chosen a postage method that you clearly said you won't offer?!...

We have received your order id, please note that you ordered Research Chemicals to Germany with regular mail using a mail forwarding service - this is why it is not possible for us to track your order. If you wish for us to take responsibility for the delivery - please do not order regular mail shipments - they are impossible for anyone to track as is explained on our website.
We can ship RC's to almost anywhere in the EU with tracked shipments, in which case we accept full responsibility for the delivery, all of this information is available on our delivery information page, and to be more precise - you can find shipping restrictions information on every product page of the Research Chemicals shop.
Legal Highs Shop products are also always sent with tracked delivery, and we can do that for Germany as well.

You are correct, products from the Research Chemical shop can only be sent to Germany with regular mail without tracking(industry standard at the moment) and we can not trace the order or provide reships under these conditions and this is what it states on every RC product page, delivery information page and the checkout page of our website. This is why we can not help you in this case, but since you are actually using a mail forwarding service and don't necessarily have to use it in Germany - we ship Research Chemical shop products to other EU countries as well with tracking and in that case we do accept full responsibility for the delivery because we can easily see if your order has been delivered or not.
Our point here is if you see that the product can't be shipped to the location that you have chosen with tracked delivery and it states that we can not accept responsibility for this shipping method - please do not expect us to be able to track it or accept responsibility for the shipment afterwards.
Legal Highs Shop products, for example, are always sent with tracked delivery no matter the destination, it is only Research Chemicals and only to Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Finland or Norway that can only be shipped with regular mail, other destinations - we ship with DHL or Fedex always tracked.

Non sono seri e affidabili, soprattutto non rispettano il contratto di trasporto che hanno stipulato con la DHL, che preverde in caso di smarrimento, una nuova spedizione. Unreliable store, ordered twice, the first time they didn't put what I ordered, the second time the package did not reach, the support service stopped responding. I do not advise using the services of this store, there are more reliable suppliers.

It does not say anywhere on our website that orders are sent within 24 hours, instead we state on our delivery information page and on the checkout page that orders are sent within 24-48 hours Monday till Friday.
The difference between Express option and Standard is still a few days within the EU, so there is definitely a point for customers who wish to receive the order faster.
We apologize for the disappointment, but for the payment received on Wednesday afternoon, even if we shipped your order on Thursday there would still be no guarantee from any courier company that you will receive the parcel in Finland by the weekend. Your order has already been sent, the tracking number will be updated in your account today.

I don't understand your message at all.
The order for the amount of 31.09 dates from 2020, I do not understand the link with the problem here, see attachment. I will also send you the screenshot during checkout. There you will find the transaction ID.

I paid for UPS express tracking. The order is sent to me 3 days after the processing of the order in simple tracked international letter?
Parcel stuck in customs obviously.

Einstmals gab es einen Fehler in einer Abteilung,dann Lager leer.dann sollte mir ein Ersatz geschickt werden bis heute nichts da. Und jetzt kann man auch gar nicht auf die Website. I ordered a product. They didn't tell me I'd need to contact an intermediate delivery company. THey say they can't send it to me directly. I aske my money back, they changed the order status to processed but still not sending it nor giving me tracking number (of course). I keep asking for my money back and nothing. I'm opening a dispute through my bank to get my payment back (if I'm lucky). Don't trust them.

My name is BARBARA P. And I made 2 orders and after a bit late I got my things. Lots of choice: Spices, herbal incense, bath salts, RC's, etc…etc… The quality is supreme and the price is very good. The only problem is that since when do you order upon shipment can take more than a week.
Order ******* (five-one-four-four-five) dated February 7,2023, after placing the order, I paid with Bitcoin and followed the procedure that was indicated to me. The sites legit. The products are what an experienced user would expect.
Unfortunately delivery to Aus takes about a month after shipping and they can be a bit tardy with getting it in the mail. So plan your orders for regular supply.
