During a flash sale I ordered roughly $150 USD worth of product, without prompt a 40$ hidden fee was added for processing. I called customer support within 10 minutes of the order and was told they cannot cancel or edit the order because it had already been released for shipment. I escalated the call to a supervisor who rudely told me that I could wait 14 days to receive the product, pay to ship it back to them and then wait 21 business days for a refund less 70$ CAD in additional fees. This is the worst service i've ever received in my life, its no wonder all their Canadian stores closed. Buyer Beware - They will not back their customers.

Utterly disrespectful

This business is the most disrespectful business I have ever heard of. Don't shop there. Don't work there. Don't even give them the time of day.

If you walk in and ask for another size not currently on their display shelves; a size they advertise online, they will laugh at you. Right at your face. They will laugh because you asked for a larger size than what is out. I've never heard of such a disgracefully company.

They laughed the person right out the door.

Express den a joke

I purchased something on October 4th and they charges my credit card immediately. The tracking site show a 11/2 shipment to carrier in China and no further updates. I called and they said it was in the USA. Still haven't gotten my product. Live and learn. Never again.

Do Not Trust

Do not trust this credit card. Customer Service will deny to help you even if they over charge you. The are Liars. They charge a late fee of $38 even if you submit your payment on time. This is about cashiers getting their extra $2.00 when they get a good loyal customer to get the credit card. They don't care about how much they will scam you. BEWARE!

Called on nov 8 around 5.15pm cst about an existing issue with my account which was never resolved. A guy called 'woody' answered. After 5 minutes he pretended he could not hear me and hung up! Nice one express. What a great customer service you got there!

Poor service

Express has gone down hill. The quality of clothing and shipping isn't what it use to be. I received clothes in the mail with the security device still attached. The whole purpose of ordering online is the convenience of not having to go to the store. When I went to the closest location to me to have the device removed they said they didn't have the tool to do it because it was an old device and that I would need to call the number on my shipping label. After calling they stated I could return the item and I would be charged shipping. This is outrageous! I'm done with Express!

I HAD AN EXPRESS CARD FOR OVER 12 YRS TODAY I WAS FORCE TO CLOSE MY EXPRESS ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I PAID OFF MY BALANCE AND THEY SEND ME A BILL FOR $32 LATE FEES AND FINANCE CHARGES I HAVE FRIENDS WHO SHOP THERE AFTER TODAY THEY WILL NOT... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible Website

Website has constant server issues and is unable to shop. I haven't shopped here in a year because quality is terrible and they have the strangest combination of designs. Im done.

Deception

I used to love Express, the clothes are always trendy and super cute and there's always a coupon. Today was the 4th time I went to Express trying to use a coupon and was denied because the item was on sale. At one point in time, you could use your coupons on sale items, but now clearance. Now they're restricting that again. Additionally, because the store was on sale, I couldn't use my reward. In recent years, I have had 5 sweaters tear at the neck and shoulder seams and have still given them a chance, but I think it's time to pay my card off and say goodbye.

This appears to be a business that has items drop shipped from China with no quality control.
I ordered a toy for my cat and it doesn't work. Express Den has refused to refund my money unless I send them a video of it not working. (?) A little too much trouble for something that took weeks to arrive from China.

I ordered a pair of pants online a while ago. What had arrived was apparently a used/returned product with a whole in the knee that had been sewn together. I was furious and submitted an honest review on their website. But guess what? The review was never posted - of course, because they don't care about their customers... once they get your money, you WILL be ignored and forgotten!

Quality down, prices up

I have bought a lot of clothes from Express over the years. As of recently their prices have sky rocketed and it seems like the quality has gone down! My sweater jackets fall apart at the seams and I'm not used to paying 60$ for a blouse when they used to be 30$. I like some of the style but I'm NOT falling for it anymore. I stopped shopping here. Moving on...

I purchased over 3000 in clothes from express in 2 years. I have purchased a couple pairs of the shorts ripped from top to bottom and I was told to go to an express store and get a new pair. I went to a store and they refused to do anything. Now they want me to wait another week for them to get back to me... haha never shop there again.

Out of Line.

I purchased a shirt at Express in Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga a few days ago. I shop there alot since I work up the Street at Macy's. I took the shirt home and found I did not really like the look, so the next morning on the way to work I took my little bag and went back to Express to exchange it. I'm in my late sixty's but was dressed quite nice and holding only my purse and the lttle bag. While I was looking threw the shirts, one of your assoicate kept watching me and finally asked if she could put the bag on the desk till I was done. What the hell I was not going to steal a 39.00 shirt and I'm in there 2 to 3 times a week. Peope just looked at me. I felt foolish. I exchanged the shirt and told your assoicate that I felt she was rude and I would never bring my business back to your store. Maybe they should watch for people who really steal. I've worked in a corporate office for over thrity years, and took a part time job at a nice dept store, This is out rages. Keep you cheap clothing.

Water logged damage

Order "processed through facility, SHANGHAI EMS, CHINA June 28th." Next tracking comment no date: "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment". USPS received on July 17,2017 4:27am: "Arrived at Unit PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ ******* ". Buyer received July 17th 2:33pm completely waterlogged inside. Opening the mailing envelope, a stench of the cardboard (which explained the product) sitting in a pool of water was an allergy trigger.

Emails have been a happening with Express Den. Wanted pictures which I emailed. The product (3 bowls for Christmas presents). The courier was responsible not Express Den. The Courier was USPS (named after emails question). The tracking number didn't end in the ones USPS uses (CN).

Supposedly I will eventually get a refund of $. 20 per box. Have already paid the full order.

Will I use them for my next order? No

Placed 2 orders on the same day. Was to be received 2 days. Yet 11 days later and still nothing. I call to later find out that of all items being ordered that were about 4.3 shirts 1 pant... only the pants were going to be delivered. All other shirts were no longer available after the fact it was when the order was placed and payment received. You should really think it well before placing an order

I placed an order and once I got to the confirmation page, I noticed that my old address was on it. So right away I called them to change the address and they said that I was too late and I have to wait until I get a confirmation from USPS (which I will get a DAY later) to try and get in contact with them to switch my address. I also asked if I could cancel and reorder, they said there's nothing they can do. My package is going to go through USPS and all over North America before it gets to me. Good grief! Now I'm considering just disputing the charges on my credit card, maybe they'll cancel it that way.

Shipping Fraud.

So bad order online they said will deliver in 2 days. But I received an email the next day it will be a week. Worst company ever. I'll never buy your stuff again.
