The airline was terrible but the Miki Travel guide (Jockamo) was excellent. All transfer and transportation in Switzerland was excellent. Trip was maybe 1 day too long. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel the tour was exceptional. The local tour guide Michelle knew everything about each one of the locations visited. She was an excellent resource in a wealth of knowledge. This was my third trip with Exoticca and I would highly recommend them. Two months ago I did the Ecuador trip with Exoticca and I was telling some of the other guest with me on the tour, they were happy to let me know the next day that they booked Ecuador for next year. I already have a tour booked in March 2025 to Barcelona and Portugal. I can't wait for my next holiday with Exoticca.!

This is our first time to be in Europe and first time to use Exoticca and we are very satisfied with our trip though there are things that can be improved but overall our trip was wonderful.

Location was Lovely and the Hotel in Ischia Park Hotel Terme Mediteraneo was beautiful. Food was all fresh but not a huge selection- Overall Good. Excursions were not included we did those on our own, only 2 walking tours in Naples were included, both guides spoke english well and very knowledgeable.
We had an Airport pick up and drop off at the end of trip.

We`ve been in Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Peru with Exoticca in last 3 years. All of them are absolutely unforgettable trips. Well organized, with knowledgeable guides, with best cultural and architectural sites to see in each country.

We just returned from our trip to S Africa and Victoria Falls. The process was seamless with excursions, transfers, flights. Charm level accommodations were for the most part okay, with only one being less acceptable. Of course, our experiences in S. Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana were different than many of our other trips - that was the intent, to experience other cultures. All staff (hotel, transportation, excursions) were wonderful and eager to help us make the most of our trip. A couple inter country flights could have had better timing/connections - and some in our group did, just not all of us. We have been on several Exoticca trips (Ecuador/Galapagos, Greece, Berlin/Prague Christmas Markets, and now S Africa) and will be planning our next soon.

Decided to fulfill one of my bucket list spots and it turned out to be an incredible experience.Thank you Exoticca and the 10 awseome persons in my tour group!

If you want to travel to another country but are a little worried, don't be. This company takes good care of you and knows what is going on the entire trip. They will respond to any concerns before, during, and after the trip. Their excursions are fantastic and very well organized. They make all the arrangements. You just get to sit back, relax, and have fun.

The 16 day tour of Japan met or exceeded our expectations and has given us a treasured and memorable trove of experiences of the land of the rising sun. It has also vastly expanded our knowledge of a country we had never visited before and either confirmed or changed our past expectations and was a thoroughly pleasurable experience.

I was a slightly hesitant initially when I read some bad reviews, however, after booking my Peru trip with them and experiencing things firsthand I was extremely satisfied. The trip was very organized, and everything they promised was delivered. Most importantly, I never felt unattended, and whenever I had questions I was able to reach them via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend them Without any reservation

My wife and I have just returned from our third Exoticca holiday in the past 2 years. Without doubt these have all been exceptional value, incredibly well organised, exciting and luxurious beyond their price bracket. They are such good value that we are now looking to book more.

Exoticca was very well organised. Our guide Singh & driver Ram were excellent. We saw & learnt so much & felt very safe. We were asking about the lotus temple & Singh surprised us with a visit the next day even though it wasn't in the itinerary, The Leema Hotel in Delhi was very good. We went half board which I would recommend

Our trip was flawless from beginning to the end. The guides, drivers were amazing.

There are many connections for Peru Machu Picchu tour, all tour guides in every place are so responsible and friendly, especially the one on Machu Picchu site. Due to the lake of busses, my tour to Machu Picchu is very tight, and need to catch up the return train. The tour guide helped us to take a shortcuts and negotiate with bus management people to get into the bus earlier, so that we could catch up the bus on time

Some would not be ok with the amount of free time on this vacation. I was not worried about the late arrival of tour guides. I understand traffic was an issue as was availability of vans. I would have liked more time on some of the tours to explore the trails in the area etc
Too much time, 2 1/2 hours at the hot spring pool, was too much.

Tour was well organized, hotels for most part were located in convent area's (close to restaurant/pubs) All hotels were clean,updated and staff friendly.
We had a fabulous tour guide - Martin his knowledge of all the areas we visited was excellent- Martin added his experience and humour -

This is our 3rd Exottica trip --- and we'll be doing more! We always seem to meet great people on these trips and this time was no exception. In South Africa we had an *AMAZING * guide named Ryan who provided fabulous history and organization all through our journeys and handoffs. In Victory Falls we had equally great guides (Munyo & Innocent)! Super friendly & well organized. We always knew what we were doing in advance and everything ran super smooth. Highly recommend this amazing trip to others --- the beauty of Cape Town, Blyde River Canyon and Victory Falls are spectacular as were the game drive safaris (we did 2 days in Kruger, 1 day in Chobe and a night drive/dinner in Zimbabwe --- all amazing and different). A great trip all around. We went during the dry season in Sept --- and loved it. No humidity and really no bugs to speak of at any of our stops. All accommodations were great. There are of course little things here and there that are not ideal --- but overall very happy with the entire package. Yes, Victory Falls will have less water but we saw more of the falls because of it (typically too much mist) and were very happy to do so. During dry season --- bring layers as Cape Town may be in the 50's F while Zimbabwe may be 100F. We expected this and planned accordingly.

The flight from San Francisco to Lisbon on TAP was very smooth. I am grateful that the weather was unusually balmy for early September. No problem finding our meeting point at the crowded Lisbon airport. The bus drivers are terrific. Though the Ikonik Hotel is for the lower priced charm category, I felt it was very good. The shower was roomy with good water pressure and hot water. The location was close to many restarants and attractions such as the aquarium and the shoreline cable cars. Bring your passports to show them for senior discounts if you are 65+. Our tour guide Anton was fluent in English and very knowledgable. Of course, the sites are marvelous and unforgetable.
