We celebrated early Christmas, 6 adults and four kids under 5. The home was quite spacious for the active toddlers. The home was very well stock with necessities! I contacted the host twice and their response was kind and professional. Highly recommended!
I booked a house on VRBO. The next thing I knew, I was involved with Evolve. I was told I had to make payment to them, not through VRBO. I was told I had to create and account with them which I did not want to do. I thought it might be a scam at first. I spent some time making sure it was legit. It cost me hours of my time to get the payment made without creating an account. It created a lot of anxiety worrying if Evolve was legit and if I would have a place to stay when I got to my destination. What's the purpose?
Cabin was very cute. However, there was not enough supplies for the 8 people staying. (dish detergent, toilet paper). No shades on the windows.
This home was perfect for our little vacation. Enough room for 3 people comfortably. I would highly recommend this location and would book again if we traveled back.
We had a wonderful time, Cabin was great, very clean. The creek water giving off such a peaceful sound of running water, it was awesome to just sit out on the porch with the wood stove going, listening to the water hit the rocks, melted the work weeks troubles away!

Our rental was just as beautiful as the listing. Perfect location in a very nice neighborhood, close to everything we needed. Lots of walking paths around the lakes too. Our house was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Good communication with the owner as well, we would highly recommend!

There was an error in believing the Evolve charge was fraud in my credit card… as I booked it through VRBO, Evolve vender was not recognized. Within minutes, the mistake was corrected by myself. Evolve let the paperwork sent to them by my credit card company sit on a desk for weeks, thereby holding up releasing the funds to the homeowner. It took 3 calls and about 2 hours of conversations between all parties to determine the holdup of payment to homeowner. By the way, causing her to have penalty fee from her bank, which I reimbursed her for out of my own pocket. No explanation from Evolve to explain why paperwork had not been filled out despite ALL parties agreeing the charge for rental stay was valid. I rent very often through VRBO, but if it's an Evolve managed property, I will NOT choose to be involved with them. Egregious and sloppy handling of a simple mistake with a simple solution to rectify.
All I can say is our vacation was nothing short of amazing. We all enjoyed the home. There was enough room for all of us. We had all we needed in the hm even of we didn't ever decide to go out. The home was beautiful. The only thing I would suggest is getting some living room curtains. I didn't really like the open window. Especially at night. But overall this home was very comfortable and it made you feel at home.
We attempted to use this management company in Summer 2021 on a condo. After an absolutely horrible tenant and harassment by our HOA, we decided to cancel and rent as a long term rental with our Realtor managing instead. I contacted Evolve to cancel, which I thought they did, and moved on. In late December 2023 I received an email from Evolve that someone had booked our condo. I contacted Evolve immediately and they were super friendly, acknowledged the error and let me know that my condo was no longer listed. All good. Now, a month later I received a $183 charge for cancelling the booking, which should have never been booked in the first place. No resolve at this point, only that they would "look into it"
Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
