Nice location in Tarpon Springs. Nice condo. Don't like Apple TV. Could not get regular National tv stations. We missed our team in the football playoffs.

It was a very relaxing and comfortable experience for our first stay on the big island of Hawaii. The home was located in a slightly remote area but was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. We had use of the whole house.not just a bedroom or two. The home was a 3 bdrm 2 ba, clean and with helpful notes posted about and a nice view of the ocean from a large porch area with a breakfast nook and a BBQ, which we used several times during our stay. The home was clean and we treated it as our "Second home", and already are planning a trip back next year. The hosts were very helpful and the check-in and checkout process was very easy.Overall this was so much better than a hotel.

This lodge was an amazing place for our large family and we had a great time. The reason for the low rating is that upon arrival, we were notified that someone else was staying in the building and that quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Had we known this prior to renting, we most likely would've looked elsewhere. We have lots of young cousins that see each other once or twice a year and trying to keep them quiet after 2:00am is a challenge and it's definitely not going to happen at 10:00pm.
I feel this is important information that needs to be included in the description of the rental. We always want to comply with all rules set forth by the owners.
I was rated low by the owner (probably because of our kids and quiet hours). Again, none of this is mentioned in the description of the rental.
We left the rental in better condition than we found it. We took out all of the trash and all dishes were done. This is a great place to stay and would love to stay there again, but quiet hours wouldn't work for our large gathering.

We stayed with our parents and the house was comfortable and pretty. So convenient to all we wanted to do in the area. Check in was easy and directions/instructions were clear.
We were disappointed, the dishwasher was leaking. We called the maintenance company and they did not have anyone to fix it.

Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
