All you get is charges as the property owner. Evolve rented my property and the Guest trashed it and they do not cover the cleaning and damages. They give you run around even though they charge the guest for CLEANING AND DAMAGES

We enjoyed our rental, booking with evolve was easy. Our unit was easily accessible and was comfortable for our family. We will def book again!
We rented a place on Dec. 19,2023 but realized we couldn't go up on the dates I chose so canceled on Dec. 20,2023. We looked at the credit card statement on Jan 30.2024 and realized we hadn't received our deposit. It took a few phone calls but eventually, they realized they had not refunded us and did so on Jan 30,2024. If we hadn't checked we would not have received our money back.

The view is amazing and nice size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, we did not end up in the middle. Outdoor seating area was great at night with the heater. We will 100% be back. This is our third year renting from Sliding Rock and this has our best cabin so far.
Cabin was beautiful and the views were amazing. Close to so many things to do. My family had so much fun. Even did some whooping and wood knocking looking for Bigfoot! Thank you for a great vacation. 💜

Studio was clean, had some little extras like k-cups, 2 bottles of water and several kinds of spices and seasonings in the cabinet. Bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The WiFi was good enough for me to work online while there.
Highly recommend using Evolve. The home was spotless and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. All linens and towels were provided so that was a plus. Bed was comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information.

The cabin is great it has pretty much everything you need the only bad thing about the cabin are the twin beds you can feel the springs and very uncomfortable to sleep in other then that great cabin
The Evolve team was easy to reach and quick to respond to queries - they were able to get us into the property we had rented early when the weather turned bad and plans we had for outdoor activities in the area became impossible.
We enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo is located in a great area, close to everything. It was stocked with everything we needed. We especially liked the camping chairs, washer and dryer, and extra towels. The only thing that was confusing was the key box. We arrived very tired, late at night and couldn't see the dark keypad above the door, only the easily seen key box. We kept trying the code and couldn't open it. We started to panic and finally saw the dark key code pad. I think the key box should be removed to avoid confusion! It got a little warm because the air conditioner is set at 77, but there were plenty of fans.
My crew was working at the nearby Dollar Tree warehouse. So having the comforts of home always make it easier, and we thank you letting us use it. No complaints, it was an enjoyable stay.
Can't say enough. Cabin in beautiful and spacious! The photos DONT lie! All the amenities you need! Plenty of bathrooms for a bunch of women on vacation. Hot tub warmed up quick, 2 gas fire pits, indoor fireplace which got plenty of use in the month of January! Keep in mind you will need to buy wood if you burn a fire every day. So what the cabin had so much to offer! And wood is easy to buy. Bottom floor has a pool table darts wine frigerstorvsnd sleeping quarters. This Cabin is very close to wineries, gold mine, down town, hiking and wallmart! Hard to believe there is a better place than this to rent! The owners are fantastic!
This condo is directly across the street from JE Marriott and the beach. Well kept! Perfect for 2 people or a small family
The local representative was lovely. Divina responded quickly and graciously. However, the Evolve team did not respond timely and were not able to help me. I would not recommend Evolve to anyone. I almost went with another VRBO because of their lack of responsiveness. I would avoid renting another house associated with Evolve.

The check in experience was fine/no issues. However, given the cold weather we would have appreciated the heat being turned on prior to our arrival.
It would have also been helpful for the person checking us in to give us a tour of the property, point out where the thermostat was/how to use, how to operate the spa, answer any questions, etc.
Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
