Renting, getting into the property, etc was a simple process. They have good communication and were helpful when I needed to change something in my reservation.
Home was just like description, very clean, well maintained and stocked. Too cold to use pool, but was clean and ready for use. Would definitely stay again.
Overall the house was clean and we had a great time! The ping pong table, pool table and foosball tables were all a big hit with my family. The main thing that disappointed us was the fact that we paid for the pool to be heated and it turned out the heater is broken. We managed to get it going for a little while but in the end it kept shutting off so we gave up.
Aside from that, we had a great time!
The property management team was wonderful, especially Jacob. My flight arrived earlier than expected and he was very pleasant to deal with for an early check in. It was snowing pretty hard on the day I had to leave, and he was very gracious about letting me have a late check out if it would have been necessary. During my stay, I had one or two other questions for him that popped into my late evening - but he was always quick to respond, no matter what time it was. Overall, interacting w/ the Evolve team was a very pleasant experience
If you're considering booking a location with Evolve, you should think twice. They will go against their cancellation policy, keep your money, and just shrug behind the safety of their email.
I was charged $1,187.77 to book a weekend months in advance. Due to medical reasons we knew we were no longer going to be able to use the space and considered cancellation primarily because their policy stated:
"Please note that the guests can cancel for a full refund within the first 48 hours of confirming a reservation (and at least 14 days before check-in)."
First off, not sure how 48 hours only is an incredibly narrow timeline to cancel. Second, the policy confirms that a full refund 14 days before checkout is specified. However they considered this refund request "out of policy". So they just make up the rules to fit whatever keeps your money.
I am including a screenshot of the exact policy that I am mentioning.
It's unbelievably disappointing and abhorrent behavior.
This is the perfect location. Only minutes away from all attractions. Japanese tea gardens was beautiful and the zoo was great. Riverwalk is always wonderful for lunch and dinner. You must take the boat ride down the riverwalk. Horse and carriage ride was a great experience. Loved the alamo. After a long day of activities it was nice to soak in the hot tub and relax. The house was well kept and very clean. The electric gate at the driveway made you feel secure and safe. We will definitely rent again. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Very nice house, well-appointed and nicely maintained, just right for our family group. Great location for downhill and cross-country skiing. We'd rent again for sure.
Condo was just as described. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked. Mattress was comfortable. It's walking distance to many restaurants and music venues. Beach access is only a couple of blocks.
We enjoyed this beautiful home very much!
We skied at Cooper for a week and came home to a clean, comfortable resort feel!
We will definitely book again.
I was somewhat frustrated when I saw my Vrbo review from the Evolve team on how we were rated. I got 5 stars on overall experience, cleanliness, communication and got 0 stars on house rules! We rent a lot of Vrbo homes for vacation and this is a first. Talked to the owner and he said this is filled out by Evolve? I talked to other people and am told this is filled out by the owner? Not sure who to believe but I was a little frustrated! As for my review with Evolve about the home, I would like to change that as I should not have rated it with 5 stars for everything! The home is in need of updates and the pictures show better than the actual home. If you can remove my review on the home or make it so I can do another, please contact me.

We had a great stay. The home had everything we needed! Super comfy beds too!
Would prefer to just deal with VRBO. Too much duplicate information.
