Second order this season from Evo.
I ordered a pair of snowboarding boots, I put the wrong zip code... They were returned, I called the customer service line at UPS, completely useless. But, my first call to Evo was great, she was nice and tried everything to intercept the return and correct the address. That did not work, the day I saw that the boots reached their warehouse, I called spoke with a young man, told him my mistake and it took him 5mins to get the address corrected and the warehouse to send them right back out! We got them within a few days! I will definitely buy more from them, because of those two customer service reps who were not even upset that this was completely my error, and took care of it.

I found the skateboard that i was looking for with a quick search...glad I checked evo.com to see if there was a kids specific board. The detail in the product description and sell out risk were great tools in driving me to just purchase the product.
Fast and easy
It was good, but I thought I would get free shipping if I added some things I was planning on waiting to buy. I spent over $200 because the site said I'd get free shipping on purchases over $50, but I still had to pay $7.74 for shipping (I know that's not much, but I was under the impression it would be free as advertised). This was also my first online purchase with Evo and I missed the window prompting me to add my email to get 15% off, so I added my email to the subscription at the bottom but received a standard welcome email with no discount code for adding myself to the mailing list.
The 15% discount is misleading. One of the skis were delivered with a couple of pretty substantial scratches in the base. I will end up living with them until the first tuneup

Very easy to find what I Was looking for. Other locations had the same ski for less, but of course they were sold out. I can't wait to get the bindings on and hit the slopes.
