I bought the Stio Credentials jacket, because it had a good sale and in the description it said it was Goretex. When the jacket arrived I realized it wasn't. The only sensible return option was for me to drop it off in a store. Luckily I was flying out of Denver and I found a store there.
I paid for express shipping, which cost 30 dollars when I entered my unit number and 24 without the unit number. Contacted support for a reason and got pretty much no help.
I have bought several items from Evo and they have never failed me. Communication is quick and timely, shipping is on time and product arrives in great condition. I'd say one thing you have to do is make sure you do the research and know what you are buying as they have a huge selection and some items are not this years model and another example is I bought my wife what were supposed to be beginner cross country Skis and turned out to be beginner skate skis which are definitely not something for a beginner Nordic skier who just wants to get some exercise! They were beginner, but not what I needed. Totally my fault but do your research and good deals to be found!
Fedex lost my package. Evo (Conner) took care of things right away. No questions asked. Very much appreciated.

Purchased a ski-jacket over 2 weeks ago. Item STILL in transit, customer service just apologizes and does nothing beyond. No refund, or compensate for lateness mentioned. Next time I'll just stick to REI.

Great experience overall, got an amazing price for some clearance skis and the quality was absolutely perfect upon arrival. Delivery came a couple days early even though I am all the way across the country.

I didn't know that you need to replace your helmets every few years. If they're Smith Helmets, it's every five years. I took a chance, went on line and ordered a new bike helmet and a new ski helmet. My Smith ski goggles work well with my new Smith helmet. And my new bike helmet is cooler than the old one. I love them both. And I got them at a fantastic price. Thank you, Evo!

I'll admit, I was nervous buying a bike online even though I already did my research in person. After ordering it, all of the items arrived quickly and I just had to attach the handlebars to the frame as well as the front tire.
Always a great experience with EVO and the crew there. Never had an issue and always helpful online and in person. We've been to the Salt Lake City location every season to help out with new gear and some killer deals at the end of the season.

I still haven't received my order. Contacted evo multiple times and keep being told it's FedEx and we have to wait. My package hasn't moved in almost two weeks and was expected several days ago.
