I ordered skis and bindings in the first week of December. I got a single email confirming my order saying it would be ready for pick-up in 3-5 days. After 6 days, I called evo and was informed the package was "on the way" but they had no idea where it was. Literally 20 minutes later, I got an email saying my order was ready for pick-up.

I called the store, gave them my order number, and asked specifically if they could mount the bindings to the skis. They said yes.

I went in, and was told only my bindings were delivered. I asked where my skis were and again, was informed they did not know (these are $600 brand new skis). I was then told to take my bindings because it was a "pain" to check them back into the system.

After another week, I called customer service where they AGAIN told me they did not know where my skis were, but they were on the way. This is when I was informed evo does NOT use tracking. After going back and forth for over an hour, I was told my skis were ready for pick up.

They then informed me that they did not know what happened to my skis--maybe an employee sold them, maybe they were given away.

If I had not practically harassed evo, I would still be waiting for skis that were never "on the way."

Be better, track your EXPENSIVE product like everyone else!

I bought the Stio Credentials jacket, because it had a good sale and in the description it said it was Goretex. When the jacket arrived I realized it wasn't. The only sensible return option was for me to drop it off in a store. Luckily I was flying out of Denver and I found a store there.
I paid for express shipping, which cost 30 dollars when I entered my unit number and 24 without the unit number. Contacted support for a reason and got pretty much no help.

I have bought several items from Evo and they have never failed me. Communication is quick and timely, shipping is on time and product arrives in great condition. I'd say one thing you have to do is make sure you do the research and know what you are buying as they have a huge selection and some items are not this years model and another example is I bought my wife what were supposed to be beginner cross country Skis and turned out to be beginner skate skis which are definitely not something for a beginner Nordic skier who just wants to get some exercise! They were beginner, but not what I needed. Totally my fault but do your research and good deals to be found!
