Great layout of the website. Made it super easy to find exactly what I was looking for, and was surprised at the variety in options for product specs, price, and product condition (used, lightly used, etc.).

I was sick last week, when the package was delivered. I opened box last night. My brand new Jones Snowboard was delivered with the nose with a big chip on it. Not the end of the world, but would prefer not to have to repair it myself now. Someone probably dropped it in your warehouse. Sorta bummed, but my buddy said a little super glue should fix it.

The boots are too small. I ordered 25.5. I need 26.5. I want to do a 1 for 1 exchange. I will pay for shipping both ways as it's my fault I got the order wrong.
