This is a decent site that I will check out again the next time I have any snowboard related shopping i want to do. The site was easy enough to navigate and finalize my purchase. The only downside was lack of reviews for what i bought but that is not the company's fault.

Called customer service twice, once before ordering and once to check on shipment. The lady who I spoke to first didn't seem very informed about the product leaving me to research more on my own. Fellow I spoke to the second time to check shipment seemed disinterested and not all that friendly. Maybe the bulk of shoppers are the millennial generation and are ok with the "dude" mentality due to the category of what's being sold and majority of the demographics that buy ski and snowboard equipment. I found it a little off putting and think they should give the appearance of courtesy and interest to all generations of skiers, not just the under 30 generation. Having said that, I do realize that I am calling a snow sport outfitter and not Neiman Marcus or Saks, but a little more friendly and professional can go a long way.

Bought from evo many times before. Always flawless. Now with Denver store. I feel good about returning things with no shipping. I think. I hope. Restocking fee. We'll find out if i need to return anything. Returned 2 pair of 32 boots last summer. Paid shipping. Worked out fine.
I am a small business start up and love your site. What I have bought from you so far is for myself for R&D. I am trying to build and sell Snowbikes. It's rough, being I live in vegas, however I have lived in big Mt towns. The biggest being Jackson Hole, my old ski buddies own TGR. I have been on a snowbike since 2002 and it is the most Fun I have ever had.
