I was very upset that the item i ordered was not the same as that offered on the website. As far as price goes, i would have just bought what i was sent from Evo on another website that was offering what i was sent for a significant amount less. As far as customer service on this matter, well let me just say i thought it was very impersonal and felt no real solutions or explanations had been offered as to why i could not get what i had ordered just a "they don't have what you are talking about in the warehouse" I did get the offer to give me a discount or to find another item, but no explanation as to why i couldn't get what i ordered. I have spent a pretty significant amout of $$$ with this company and feel pretty alienated and dissatisfied with the the treatment i have been provided on this issue.
I wanted a similar Northface Jacket that was on sale during the Nordstrom anniversary sale, but it sold out too quickly. Friend suggested I check evo - not only did you have the actual jacket I wanted, but it was cheaper than Nordstrom!
I ordered from the sale, and am hoping I will be able to ship a return if necessary. Not sure about sizing.

Everything ok except for delivering time
Everythings is good. Unfortunately I purchased a pair of snowboard boot which seems very new but both of the tigue of the shoe was a bit too dirty. There has some glue trace mix with sticky. I took at least 30 mins to remove out but still dirt to my new shoe.
Over all experience was great, and a rep named Landon was very helpful.
