Shopping was good. Delivery company (ontrac) caused some problems so I had to spend time with them to find lost package. All was well in the end.
Absolutely terrible quality control. I ordered 170cm size skis and they shipped me 177cm size skis. I called them up and they printed a label for me to return it and get the right size shipped to me. But get this, the second shipment was also 177cm even though the shipping label clearly said 170cm. How do you mess this up TWICE? Wouldn't someone make doubly sure that it is right the second time around? Pathetic customer service, I was so excited to buy my first set of skis and now I am just deflated.

Great selection and great prices! I ordered the North Face thermoball triclimate jacket (size medium) from North Face originally, but when it arrived I was afraid it would be too snug if I tried to layer it over a heavy sweater or something. So, I went to order a large so I could try them on side by side and they were out of the large. I was scrambling to find it somewhere because I LOVE the coat, but I didn't want to keep it if it wasn't the right size. I'm so glad EVO had it in the next size up!

The pants are tighter than I would have expected around my waist. I was surprised since I normally wear a size 4-6 but I ordered an 8 because I prefer a bit more room in my ski pants and like to layer. But I could barely get the buttons closed around my waist.
