Not sure why 'economy ground' which is included takes longer than regular ground. Do you just slack off on packing and shipping? There are not two levels of ground speed available from either ups or fedex. Vexing.

Order was Shipped on 'regular' ground schefule despite my not upgrading from 'economy'. Thank you.

My experience on line was great. My experience in the store was a little less friendly. It seems like you have a group of 30 somethings that can't be bothered with a 58-year-old man. There was not a great deal of people in the store when I went in. I was asking about the backcountry packs the salesman said another New more about it. He couldn't bother putting down his magazine to help me with it.

Happy to pick up at the Evo Denver store, unfortunately the internet went down when I went to pick it up and it took about 20 minutes until an employee told me I could write my information down on a piece of paper and pick up my purchase.

Glad he gave me that option, but wish it would have been a little quicker

Both of my boxes where complete cut open when I received them. I looked like someone was looking through the boxes. Second, the board I got for my husband for a birthday gift had no clear wrapping to protect it. Compared to mine that was covered up.
