Purchased a few things from EVO, so far great experience!

Every thing is good, but when I click a object then go next page, maybe doesn't I want I need back to front page, that used a little bit time to loading. Maybe when I cilck a object it can be pop-up another page will be better. (then if I don't like it I can just close that page)

Great website selection, and I love that it is local!

It's nice to have so many options. Although because there are so many, I feel some of the descriptions were lacking, but I easily solved that with a few googles searches and reviews to resolve my questions. Other than that tiny detail, I really appreciate what you do for my shopping experience, skiing and snowboarding are not a cheap sport and the best gear has always been worthy of the money.

Service and product was great. Only downside was US Postal service that left a note that the box was too big for the mailbox, so I had to drive 5 miles the next day to pick up package. UPS service is a lot better.

Very professional experience in the ease of doing business with customer service, feels like a local store.

Good selection, fast and eazy

Good, response to questions could be quicker. Having a gear head like backcountry gives you would be nice.

The bindings that I received with my package deal included brakes that were not wide enough to fit on the skis. I called EVO and the representative I spoke with took care of the situation right away, sending me a return label and shipping out bindings that do fit. I'm very happy with the service.
