I have never experienced with any company the problems I had with checking out on EVO's website. My zipcode is ******* but system would not show shipping choices and would not list the stores to pickup my order. Therefore, I had to use ******* to place the order which means EVO needs to make sure the order is delivered to address at *******.

Low stock but good prices. The shorts I bought were very small in comparison to other XL sized items I've bought before. Didn't fit at all. Instead of returning them I just gave them to my son. The size was 36, I'm a solid 36, my son is a solid 32 but can fit a 34 baggy, the shorts fit him perfectly.

Received the wrong ski boot. This was most likely due to website inaccuracy. Customer service was great. While they did not have a replacement, they had no problem sending a prepaid return label to return product.

Shopping was very easy. Ski boots are perfect. Price was good. Delivery fast. Would do business with Evo again. Highly recommend!

Super great and affordable prices

Failed to send confirmation email for two different orders. Its frustrating when I have to contact customer support to get my shipping details when I'm promised an email almost immediately after my purchase.

The hat was pretty lackluster, I would expect that quality coming from a hat cheaper than $15, not more than $30.
