It took a while for me to get it. I feel lucky to have gotten it, I've tried to order more, but your sold out. Great product.
I ordered 4 bottles of Host Defense Chaga Mushroom capsules. After 3 weeks I still didn't receive them & got no explanation as to why, so I called them & found out that they only had 3 bottles & were waiting for more from the company before shipping my order. While it would have been nice to know that information, they quickly remedied the problem by changing the order to 3 & shipping them out expedited delivery on them. They arrived before I ran out. All is good!
After paying in full on my first (and only!) purchase, I received a mail from them saying they will be deducting 2 additional small nominal fees to verify whether I exist! Surely the first transaction and the approval thereof was sufficient enough? I recall the mail being something along the lines of; if I don't hear from you your order will be cancelled (zero mention of a refund). I of course begged and pleaded that they not cancel my order, and sent them the proof of the additional funds deducted (not once did they ever offer to refund me on these or deduct it from my initial purchase amount!) but now, 3 weeks later, no product, no response and a very pissed off customer! Really poor customer service and I highly suggest you pay the few dollars extra off a more reputable site so that you actually get what you pay for.
