My hands hurt when playing games, so I wanted a lighter controller. Evil controllers created a very light controller and my hands hurt significantly less using it. Thank you for letting me get back to things I enjoy.

Products from the company are very good and have little to no issue. However, communications about timelines for delivery and manufacture could be better as well as shipping notifications could be better.

Was late to get my controller. Took about a month and a half. Many failed attempts at hearing back from customer service.

I wanted to speak to someone and have all options for my remote explained on how and what they do. I set up a appt and they never called.

Purchased an "accessible" controller for my disabled son a year ago. After ten months the d pad stopped working. I contacted Evil and they said it was covered by warranty and send it to them for free repair. I used tracked delivery to send it to them. After two weeks they sent me an email that my "ticket was closed" and I could rate their service. Well no controller has come back, and no response to my email queries. They probably sold my son's controller to some other dupe.

I would have been better off trying to fix it myself.

Stay away from Evil.

Typical experience dealing with business to consumer issues. Only complaint is that build time took over a month, but I was told was due to missing controller parts for PS4 controllers. Customer service was pretty quick with response times.

Not hard to get what you want easy to pick and choose lots of options

Took a few weeks to arrive but was packed perfectly and had everything inside.

I had no issues. I emailed 1 question about shipping status and they responded quickly.

This is a very well made product. The components don't feel cheap and is a great pro controller. My favorite aspect of this controller were the paddles they implement on the ps4 controller. They're easy to press and are far better than what's out there. I do wish they had these paddles for the ps5 controller. Furthermore, shipping wasn't ridiculous like some of these other pro controller companies. My controller was behind a week, but I talked to a representative and they shipped it out the next day. Great customer service. Overall, this was a great experience compared to other pro controller companies out there.

I bought this controller as an upgrade from my elite series 2, the fact that Microsoft hardware locks their controllers to 8ms response time is ridiculous. My R1 died day 1, but they repaired it with no issues (A+ there). What I don't like is that I paid for the sticks to be over tensioned and they are still way too loose. I got the shortest of the sticks and the aim rings are not thick enough to really help with the lack of tightness of the sticks. It's definitely an improvement over the elite 2 in a lot of ways, I just wish I could have tighter sticks and different paddle location choices.

Received this controller and loved the features that were included in my custom order.
The only small gripe I have with it is the back buttons, they are a little to flat for my liking and wish they stuck out a tad bit more or if they could have provided a back paddle option such as like their PS4 paddle shifter. Reason being, I have small hands and a little lift of the buttons would help with convenience on pressing them a bit easier. But I got creative and add clear circular bumpers (the ones that are for furniture) and placed them over the buttons and the controller is now perfect for me.
I definitely would recommend this controller to friends, family etc. The quality is OEM like if not exactly OEM as some parts are used from an original Sony controller

Good controller. Had to ship it back to get parrts they forgot added to the controller. The face buttons seem to stick at times

It works perfectly and could not ask. For more. I have Had it for awhile and everything work perfectly.
I am 80 years old. And I can play with the best of them. 🤩🤩👍👍
