As a one-handed gamer your custom controllers allow me to play at a competitive level.

Orders a PS4 controller that needed remapping for left hand operation only. The evil team went to work on my order. Once received (Australia) my boy was beside himself. Being able to rejoin his gaming friends once again. Like any new toy, the more time spent playing, the easier it will get! I could not be any more happier. Thank you "team EVIL" job well done!

Its super speedy, so quick in shooting games and I love the buttons. I love this controller so much, dont know why I even gamed with regular controllers now. Totally my go to controller now. My old controller was having laggs and the antilogs were messed up. This evil controller works so well though! Hasn't messed up in an amount of time a regular xbox series s remote messed up in. I can't game any other way now.

Maybe I've just been lucky, but EvilControllers seem to have better durability than others I've tried in the past. I play at least 3 hours a day and grind pretty hard on the weekends. Also I mostly play FPS as I'd imagine most do that purchase these products. If you haven't tried the increased tension on the analog sticks I highly recommend it. It allows for smoother and more consistent gameplay from my experience.

Overall great experience with Evil. Received an on-handed control in 2019 after an amputation. Plenty of options to customize your controller from paint to triggers. The remote stick works out perfectly. They are willing to work with you to get the setup you need. I have had 2 PS4 controllers and just this year upgraded to the PS5.
The service can be a bit troublesome. Before COVID-19, it was pretty quick, but since then it has been slow. I realize they are not a large company and have fewer employees but a better order tracking/update service is needed. It can go many weeks without any communication. I have had to return several times due to remote stick drift but that could just be extra wear as I use my foot.
That all said Evil makes a good controller, the accessible unit gets me back into gaming. Although slow at times the warranty service itself is great. They even made some repairs that were not exactly "defects" (granddaughter's pet rabbit chews a cord, twice). Nice to communicate with. So yes I will probably be getting Evil again when this PS5 version wears out. So get your Evil gaming on!

Great controller, high price relative to the $300-$400 the ps4's worth, but that's a shared problem the whole controller market has. Understandable (~1 month) delivery time.
I didn't choose your best shipping though. Customer service is slow, but functional. Your weakest link would probably be the lack of preparation, ordering the parts once you have an order is slightly sloppy.

Was sent an unusable controller twice and I have not been able to be refunded and the customer service is not trying to remedy the situation as they have ignored my messages trying to send it back for a refund or to be fixed. Therefore, I have now payed $400+ for a CUSTOM paperweight. I would highly suggest choosing another company to do business with!

Quick shopping experience and I like the customization options.

As stated above there was an issue with the after market stick necks. But besides that the overall experience was great and they actually understand what Legacy controls are when a lot of people don't and think its Southpaw.

This helped my wife be able to play games for longer due to the lightness and easier press of the buttons. She has a thumb issue and this helped her a bit compared to he normal controller.

Had difficulty checking out but over all no problems.

I was emailed a 10% discount code that was invalid. Bummer.

Update: They gave me the 10% discount and updated my order to reflect it. Great customer service!
