Excellent! Evil Controllers goes through thick and thin to make sure their customer is satisfied!

A minor thing though, I saw the Amazon payment option and thought I could combine my amazon points with evilcontroller's on site purchase. However, I don't see that option. Paying with Amazon credits would be cool if it's available in the future!

So far ordering process was quick and easy took only a couple of minutes, would really like instructions on the controller there are instructions for the master mod but if you get just one section or the other there is nothing

After receiving the controller and being directed to the how to web page. I now retract my statement about being limited on mod selection. This system you have for mod selection. Is FAR better than other companies I've used. It is in every way much simpler! Still think there is something left to be desired in the parts area. It's a bit limited in design and color choices. Although my controller is looking very SICK! Thank you. I received a personal phone call. When parts to my controller were on backorder. I personally loved this touch, and made me feel more important than a robotic e-mail notification, and request to change parts. I did find one flaw in the system of the controller. It may be something you would want to look into. The rapid fire system acts very inconsistently. When a mic or headphones are plugged into the controller, in battery or cable configuration. I've only used it on Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare. It could just be this game. If this is just a limitation of the control board. I suggest putting a notice somewhere along the ordering process.

I was very pleased with the quality and delivery time of my controller, the controller itself is an amazing piece of work and I couldn't be happier - our clan consistently places in the top of the leaderboards for most Assassins creed games so coming from someone who spends a lot of time in competitive play if you're looking for the best custom controllers on the market with professional and understanding support staff Evil Controllers should be your first and last stop, I highly recommend them. 5/5 in all categories.
