The controller it's self (as quality and functionality) is grate. Nothing to say on that. There are few issues that you may consider when you order from Evil.
1 - all moods (and the mastermood) are just useless for the modern gaming techniques (the software is the same from 2012.) don't spend money on that…
2 - the back buttons are placed in a way that is suitable only for hand with longer fingers or big size hand generally. If you have small hand or short fingers, not for you…
3 - the free shipping oversee is very slow (upp to 6 weeks) and the express one is 40$…
4 - if you buy is from out of US you will be charged with additional 30$ for custom duty and it's not comunicated this.
Didn't have my available botton colors but changed it with ease how ever to make it match my standards I asked if I can change the middle buttons to have them match. Afterwards i received an email back to my question, it went completely ignored. I get you run out of paint but why ignore my inquiry and that's why I gave such a low rating
I reached out about my controller missing parts & to send back. The support team was on it and sent back my order with the paddles. I still give them 5 stars because of the customer service. Very happy with my controller thank you team@ Evil Controllers.

Total junk, $300 for a controller that doesn't work, sent in under warranty to have triggers changed got it back still doesn't work. Customer support insists it's my problem not theirs, total ripoff company, what they are doing should be illegal.

Very satisfied with my past few purchases from them. They did a goos job of finishing to job. I had 3 hiccups that need to be seemed, and they got to the bottom of both of them.
I would say about the same quality of scuff controllers its a hit or miss, granite i did drop my controller a few times, i was suprised it lasted 3 years before the tactical buttons started not registering which differed me from tactical buttons this go. Am excited to try the paddles
I had to return my controller and the custommer service always trying to help me. There was no Problem and everyone were happy in the end.

The prices kept changing and very minimal customizations and after waiting almost 2 months I was told my controller i ordered want available then was asked to choose another color but they didn't want to build the add one I originally ordered then after almost 3 months I received my order and it's not what I asked for
Great website design, really easy to customize and great packaging. The only con is wait time but that's expected for an accessible controller, plus it was during Christmas. I ordered 15 or 17 of December and got it the 17 of January.
Aaron from the accessible controller team was great to work with when designing this controller. The controller is exactly how I requested, and the extra buttons mean I can game as well as my friends and I'm no longer compromised by my disability. This is my second accessible controller from Evil and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Evil for this amazing service!

This company helps disabled people get back into gaming, they're a little slow on responding but when they do, they are personable, caring, and extremely helpful. Can't say enough good things about them.
I ordered a Cinch controller to replace it, very happy with the Cinch controller, handed the evil down to one of my kids.
