I just want to say thank you for fixing my spouses controller. It's his baby haha. Although you do provide a great service / product. The times I have reached out throughout the years. The ordering process is confusing, email responses are limited and have very little explanation of time frame or reaching back out about our controller and what is being "fixed" an invoice of items/ services rendered. There are a few things. These would help quite a bit. Streamline your repair order process.

Customer response was excellent. Faulty equipment that I was charged to pay to fix is not good buisness. I also had to pay to have it shipped to business. I was given no discount anywhere, I will not be recommending this company

I wouldn't shop anywhere else when it comes to aftermarket controllers. Evil is the Best an they stand by there word.

Controller in the hopes of being able to game one handed but the set up wasn't functional for me especially the wire with that operates the right side but I applaud them for trying and thanked them for their efforts it's a shame Sony doesn't do this, I'm not the only amputee that struggles with this.it's unfortunate.but again I appreciate evil controllers for trying to help.my 3 stars is for the experience not the company.they get 5 stars for helping to solve my issues...🦾

Went exactly as expected. Fast service fast shipping good quality product. Would buy more but not needed after hall effect sticks.

I wanted the x and y axis of the right sticks of my two ps4 controllers inverted. Because I play video games like a normal person. You know, back in the PS1 era pushing the stick right to look left was NORMAL. Now it's defined as INVERTED. And now games don't even bother to give you the option to change this setting. Cool. Did we all just untrain our brains to play an incorrect and stupid way? What kind of mentally insane person pushes the camera stick right and then wants to look right? People like that belong in JAIL, a MENTAL INSTITUTE, or JO MAMA's HOUSE because that is WACK!

Easy to order; great selection, fast shipping, great customization... but a little pricey - however you do get what you pay for which is great.

Good product, slow and confusing service. Communication was lacking, and difficult to follow. Multiple attempts to schedule a call were cancelled or postponed ( I never talked to anyone).

Really nice and short experience honestly it might not be affordable but it is worth it
